這是家連鎖公寓酒店，入住是在線視頻辦理，國人英語不好的話，還是別選擇。但是，這是家性價比最好，地段最優的酒店，而且公寓房間夠大，衞生間也夠大，住着舒適。

スタッフがいないホテルだと先にわかっていたら予約する勇気はなかったかも。到着が土日の深夜で人も多くいたので、別ホテルに立ち寄ってのチェックインも苦になりませんでした。
食事にも観光にも困らない立地、疲れたらホテルに一旦戻っても良し。

Beautiful apartments and perfect location.
Bed was very comfortable , modern appliances .
Could probably improve check in experience a little though ( as in being able to drop bags at hotel if early etc and having someone on site )

This hotel was absolutely perfect for us! It is mere steps from all the action of the Cais de Ribeira, while still feeling very quiet and peaceful. I was so pleased with my hotel choice! There is no front desk at this hotel, as they are located at another branch, but check-in and check-out were both painless. Every employee we encountered was extremely pleasant to interact with. The room was very comfortable and well-appointed. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to everyone I know!

We loved our stay here! Room was spacious and well equipped! Walked out the front door of the hotel to a view of the waterfront. Many cafes nearby to eat, drink and enjoy! Very walkable into town or to the other side of the River to the port houses. A few cautions - ******* had the wrong address (a 15 minute drive away) for this property which led to a very frustrating start to our vacation. Be sure to confirm the exact address with the property before going. Parking in the area is very difficult and very expensive. Next time we will not rent a car. Other than that it was awesome!

An amazing stay in a first class apartment. As soon as you step out the door you enter the wonderful world of Ribeira and a short stroll later you are down by the Douro with music playing softly and beautiful views. The apartment was lovely and well maintained and we were so impressed by the friendliness of all staff we encountered. Marvellous!
