Lovely hotel in a very good location. Extremely comfortable and well appointed rooms and very excellent service. Would certainly recommend and hope to return again sometime.

位置方便，周邊吃的很好多，去地旅遊旺區近，所以選了這家，裝修精緻，但唯一要看清楚主樓和公寓的分別，公寓會帶你去對面馬路的另一個地址，非網上所賣的地點，必須注意。

酒店很有歷史氛圍，用的不是房卡，而是一個大鑰匙開門。每一層的圖書間很棒！

This is an excellent apartment hotel for anyone looking for a bit more space. The apartments are a nice size and well appointed. The main hotel is on a different street but can easily be reached via in room phone or via WhatsApp texting. There is no elevator so beware if you have mobility issues. The surrounding area very hilly but a popular street. Highly recommend this apartment and will stay again if return to Porto

This property is centrally located. The hotel is separate from the apartments. The apartments are on a terribly noisy street. The hotel provides ear plugs in the bathroom as a toiletry, which should have been a red flag when we arrived. Upon arrival there is no where to pull up to drop off your luggage at the hotel or the apartment. You need to park at a garage two blocks away and roll it over or risk getting hit by traffic on the busy street in front of the hotel. Once you get it to the hotel, a bell person will roll it two blocks to the apartment for you. The apartments have no elevator. No one tells you until you walk in. You may get assistance lifting your luggage when you arrive but after that no one reaches out about helping you, including at the time of check out. As a result of the lack of elevator, I pulled my back carrying the luggage up and down the stairs. Add to it the inconvenience of parking, the noise on the street which prevents you from sleeping, and the fact the restaurant recommendations were lousy and you couldn’t have breakfast at the hotel because it required reservations and they were booked for the days we were there, I would not recommend this property. Positives - central located, spacious and clean. Negatives - the rest.

The hotel was beautiful. The library especially. However the lighting in the bathroom (which previous reviewers also mentioned) was awful. I could not see anything. I had to step out of my room into the library are and use the mirror near the elevator to apply make up. Also the fact that the time and selection you make for breakfast was to hold true for every day spent was not clearly indicated by the staff (who wants the same breakfast at the same time every day on vacation?)

Wonderful room. Right in the middle of the city but private and quiet room. Seconds from food and dining. They left very nice gifts in room and staff were great.

Beautiful property with gorgeous rooms and exceptional library / lounging area. The Staff could not have been more helpful -- some of the best customer service I have had anywhere in the world! Highly recommend!

Just fantastic, the service is impeccable and hotel just stunning.
