ファウンダーズ ブルック モーテル アンド スイーツ(Founder's Brook Motel and Suites)

The motel was very clean. The bed was quite hard, not what we are used to. The room next door was noisy at 2:45 am and the grounds are so lit up it’s hard to get a good nights sleep. I would suggest the motel install light blocking shades or blinds. All in all, it was a nice place to stay and was within 10 minutes of our destination for Christmas.

Didn't arrive til later in the evening, room key was left in an unsecured mailbox. No hot water. Very odd antiseptic smell in the room. When checking out, it took 10 minutes for someone to recognize I was waiting at the desk, and she didn't seem terribly concerned when I told her we'd had no hot water. Room was very neat and clean.

Cute property. Owners definitely used costs saving options like finding used refrigerators at end-of-year college sales. These are wise decisions for the most part. However, the mattresses were terrible. I could feel the springs. Mattresses for any motel or hotel are any area to splurge and not skimp

The location was perfect for me as my daughter attends Roger Williams University. It's the best value around, believe me I've looked at alot of places and this is definitely the most affordable and convenient. It was clean and quiet, the room was ready for us when we arrived. We had an easy check in check out

I had a little suite which was very cute and clean. I was on an end unit and it was very quiet.

Room were recently updated and they did a great job...very clean and comfortable..would definitely recommend it to anyone.

The rooms was nicely redone. Very clean Bed was comfortable. Only two negatives were that what ever cleaning / sanitizing products they use were very fragrant to the point of causing a headache. Thankfully there were windows that could be opened to get fresh air. Hearing / ac unit was very loud .

Very nice property and the rooms were wonderful and updated. We had a very quiet nights sleep. Check in wasn't friendly but not rude. Check out I finally left the key in the box because no one came out to the office. I would stay here again.

Lovely place. Quiet and convenient to highway and local destinations. I especially appreciate NO carpets, windows that open for fresh air, bathroom sundries offered.
