Good location, fantastic view, many options of nice restaurants. Most of all, staffs are great. Very friendly and helpful! Li galli restaurant was exceptionally good. Thanks to chef Savio Perna and the sommelier, I had my best Italian food in my life!

Way too expensive for what they have to offer! Rooms are very small and the service is very expensive

There is not a bad view from this hotel- we had an absolute amazing time: superior service, incredible views, amazing food... this will definitely be a vacation we will never forget and the biggest reason is because we chose to stay at the Hotel Villa Franca. It was expensive but worth every penny and we would stay again in a heart beat. This was not expected but breakfast, mini bar and shuttle via golf cart around was included.

It is a stunning, perfect property overlooking the entirety of Positano. There is nothing not to love! The amenities of the rooftop pool, numerous restaurants, floor-to-ceiling windows in the common areas - the friendliness and professionalism of the staff - it was an 11/10. The secret yet not so secret best part? The golf cart brings you down to the town's main center, saving hours, sweat, and exhaustion. That was a game changer, none of our friends' hotels had that option, and it was our favorite part! The rooms were pristine, the views breathtaking, and the bonus of nightly turn-down service was perfect. The breakfast was enough and kept you full for many hours while exploring. The only negative I found was that the bathroom was dimly lit, making it very difficult to do your makeup. They need to add a makeup mirror and then it'll be the full package! But if that's my only complaint...its nothing.

Best stay everything is just perfect. The staff is super friendly and the view is spectacular.

Bathroom to small. Columns inside the rooms dangerous when you walk abou in the dark or too tall. Driver of the shuttle was very helpful above and beyond

really beautiful hotel but it's at the top of the cliff and not very easy to move around Positano. For the cost of this hotel...the staff could have been more customer oriented.
