アメリカズ ベスト バリュー イン ポッツタウン(Americas Best Value Inn Pottstown)

This place is absolutely horrible. The pictures don’t even look like this place. I checked in and checked out within 5 minutes. Cigarette holes in the blankets homeless people scrapping wire for copper in the back. Over all a horrible experience.

I liked nothing. I have a long list of dislikes (not in any particular order): -No soap dish in the bathtub area -Tub faucets runs-can't shut off -No cold water-sink faucet -No hangers in the closet -We booked a smoking room. There were no ashtrays. We asked for two ashtrays. They said they do not have any. We were brought a candle holder to use. -It was advertised that there would be coffee in the lobby. I asked how I could get into the lobby to get the coffee (the door is locked). She said that we haven't offered coffee since the pandemic. -No toilet paper holder -I couldn't connect to the Wifi even though I obtained the password from the front desk. -There is no phone in the room so you can call the front desk. I had to call the hotel using my cell phone. -The outside stairs to the second floor are extremely treacherous. -I went to turn on the TV with the remote. The TV didn't turn on. I checked the remote. There were no batteries. I called the front desk on my cell phone. She checked the drawers and found two. I had to walk to the office to get them. -We only had one working lamp. The other lamp had no bulb. -I was told that they do offer ice. I would need to come to the window and they would buzz us into the lobby. The next morning, my husband went to the window to get ice for our cooler for our perishables. He was told that she would not let us in to the lobby until Noon. It was 9:00a and we had to leave for the race track. -No space to continue.

Worthless, I will never comeback again, it’s terrible situation by all means, the beds are in a very bad condition

The stay was ok. I only stayed in the room just to cool off and sleep. It was an average stay.

The staff were nice but they have cockroaches and thats a no for me.

The first room was tiny, had holes in the walls and was not clean. I requested a different room, it was cleaner and had a horizontal mirror beside the bed! At least no holes in the walls. The curtains would not close all the way so not was to keep people walking by seeing into the room. Yikes!

Room was clean and nice. Decent rate. To many men hanging in the parking lot smoking and listening to loud music. Was close to a nice restaurant you can walk to.

The stay at America's Best Value Inn was okay but nothing to brag about. My television was out for 9 hours. I got a friend to fix it because they took to long. There was no stopper to fill the bathtub. I had to get one myself. I am disabled and i cant take.showers due to the fall risk. The other thing they put me on the second floor it was hard getting up the steps since i have MS. The motel just needs to show that they care about the guests and they didn't in any way. I am disappointed. I stayed there a lot over the years and this was my worst experience.

Horrible from front desk , to people staying there. Please dont stay there.
