ポッツヴィル・イン(Pottsville Inn)

Spent one night for PSU mens bball game Room was large and clean but e tremely old and outdated. The bed? Worst bed i have ever tried to sleep in. Cant even describe it. Made me dizzy when i first tried to lay down.

This was for a visit to Penn State Schuylkill basketball game. I love the location, the hotel and room need to be modernized in a hurry. I was told that they are in the early stages of that process. I hope they follow through on that project. The furniture is beyond outdated.

No hot water for a shower, and the tub was stained and poor lighting throughout the whole room. The bed was really nice, but had lots of dust in it, like the covers didn't get put on right away after the bottom sheet was put on the bed. Staff didn't inform me where the vending and ice machines were when I checked in, nor where the breakfast was served. I know they are just under new ownership, and in the process of updating the property, but it still was disappointing.

Every thing was perfect there is nothing bad that can be said

Dirty night time person at service desk was extremely rude not acceptable at all Air condition makes loud noise that impossible to sleep room was not clean at all I will post in tweeter and other social media Unacceptable

Not recommend to any of my family members. Bathroom condition is very bad and not clean.

Property is under renovation would have been with full continental breakfast Rooms have limited electrical outlets

The overall experience was not great. The floor and bedding were dirty. Appliances like telephone did not work. Lighting was poor.

Customer service very poor. Booked for 3 guests and only 2 towels provided. When called to front desk in the morning, a lady said she will send towel. Waited 40 minutes still no one showed up with towel. When dialed again to front desk no one responded. Had to go personally to front desk for towel and waited for another 20 minutes to get it. Breakfast was included but had very limited choices. We did not have anything as we are vegetarian. We had to do with juice and yogurt only. Room was smelling bad. Bathroom was so small. Springs in Mattress was making noise while changing sides.
