サービスは素晴らしかった。フロントレセプションエリアからバーテンダー、そしてハウスキーパーまで。必要なものは何でも、妥当な時間で手に入れました。従業員全員が立派な態度で、部屋は居心地が良く、完璧に掃除されていました。躊躇しないで、部屋を予約してください！

Rooms were clean, just a little average/outdated compared to the new lobby. Beds are firm but comfortable. Microwave and fridge inside room. It’s about a 20 minute drive into the city depending on traffic but for the price of the room it was worth it for us as we rented a car anyway. Parking lot was also free to use. Did not use the pools and decided to pass on the restaurant so cannot speak on those. The staff however was amazing, especially Tonya! So sweet and friendly. Montana was also very welcoming.

The hotel pictures are different from what I have seen on their website. The lift is making a weird sound as if it’s going to collapse. Also, when I called for the 200$ deposit I was asked to give till my checking out, the lady who picked the call said that it will take 14 business days. She was rude over the phone. I won’t recommend this hotel at all. Hoping to get back my 200$

I like it

The hotel was nice and the staff was nice. The only issue was only one elevator was working so it took like 10 to 15 mins to get to your room, plus the balcony was ok if it didn’t have a little water puddle from the rain. The room was very nice

We had booked a one night stay for myself, my wife, and our one year old daughter. We had to get a room change so our daughter could have a quiet place to sleep since our original room was by the pool and it was too loud for her to fall asleep. During the night after we had all gone to bed, a stranger tried to enter our room. After telling them they had the wrong room and they left, we informed the front desk, giving them our room number. We were told that it was a guest who thought that was the room he had reserved through e-check in. 15 minutes after that, someone again tried to open the door to our room. It turned out to be someone from the front desk checking to see if the room was occupied. They did not announce themselves prior to trying to open the door. I went to the the front desk to address this with a manager and was told that the front desk clerk did not update our reservation to show that we had changed rooms. 30 minutes after speaking with the manager, another employee came to our room to see if the room was occupied because he had a list showing our room as vacant. I cannot emphasize enough how upsetting it was to have two different people, one of them a hotel employee, try to enter our room in the middle of night completely unannounced. We only wanted safe and comfortable accommodations and the hotel staff failed us. This was the worst hotel experience my wife and I have ever had.

Slow check in but when we got to Felicia she was awesome. We got to our room and realized the lock wasn't working. I went right to her. I am a first floor only person and she figured out how to make that happen for us. When i spilled wine on the floor in our room, i was relived that when i cleaned it up there was no dirt. They actually clean the floors. The big problem here is the nasty guests who leave trash in the parking lots and bathrooms. I feel the the property manager could do a better job staying on top of it. I used the interior restroom by the pool before sheckout and there were towels everywhere including one that looked bloody. Overall i feel like the property mgmt has best intentions but need more active oversight by house ans grounds keeping
