Hotel położony w spokojnej okolicy. Z tyłu budynku park. Byłam w zimie, ale w innych porach roku musi być pięknie zielono. Personel bardzo miły i uczynny. Śniadanie bardzo dobre i urozmaicone. Dojazd do Targów tramwajem 4 przystanki - bardzo dobry, więc nie trzeba jechać autem w korkach.

The staff was lovely. The hotel was close to the tram station, giving easy access to Poznan city centre. The hotel was fine, however our bedroom had a strong smell to dog and a big stain in the carpet…

Hotel in a very quiet area beside citadel park which has a WW2 museum in it. Transport like excellent as tram stop is outside hotel ...Hotel staff very friendly and attentive.

I have been staying at the Vivaldi for a week on and off over the last few years. All the personnel; cleaners, waiters, manager and receptionists (special thanks to Agnieszka) are professional, friendly and attentive. Start the day with a good breakfast, there is enough to choose from, or ask the cook for an omelet.

Very good value for money in Poznan. The room had a great view on a forest. The aircon worked well in the summer. The bed was comfortable. The shower was also good. The staff was friendly and helpful. The mini fridge had drinks at affordable prices. We will come back for sure if we have to go back to Poznan.

This hotel was a wonderful surprise. As my flight arrived in Poznan early, I decided to use public transport to get there which was really easy (159 and 169) The Hotel Vivaldi is in a fantastic location. It is easy to find the city centre (under major renovations at the moment) but the real treat for me was the park across the road. It covers 10,000 acres altogether and is fascinatingly interesting. Poznan is a very authentic city and you feel more like a local than a tourist which I really liked. From this hotel, you can easily get to the main train station by tram (can purchase the ticket at hotel reception) Regarding the hotel, I cannot speak highly enough about it. I requested a room in a quiet location and it was perfect. As well as the quietness and comfort, it had a good proper kettle, a super little reading light over the bed and the rest as on the website. I had 3 blissful night’s sleep. The members of staff are wonderfully friendly, professional, and efficient while creating a real feeling of home. Bartosz at reception gave me some great advice and thank you also to the boy who sorted out the phone adaptor for me. The food in the restaurant is super. There is a very extensive breakfast menu and the roast sea bream for dinner is so good. You would have to taste the asparagus soup to believe how good it is. As a solo traveller, I also felt totally safe. Polish people are very friendly, kind and helpful. Language is not a barrier to being helped find places. I enjoyed my whole experience so much (went to beautiful Wroclaw on the second day) that I have already booked to go back at the end of August to the Vivaldi hotel in Karpacz and finishing it up back here for the last two days. Very friendly staff at hotel always attentive ..rooms very clean and modern ....reception staff very knowledgeable about places i wanted to visit ..tram stop 200mtrs from hotel . Uber taxi from airport £6 .

Lovely staff, friendly and straightforward. Breakfast was awesome! - something for everyone, meats/cheeses/fish, as well as fresh lovely fruits and chia seed pots as well as cereals/bread etc. Very clean, couldn’t fault it. Good value!!
