Had a lovely stay at this hotel for 3 nights Staff are so professional and helpful Diana was really helpful as were all the other staff members. Room was clean and you had all you needed including toiletries There was some noise from the building work by the hotel not the hotels fault Air conditioned room worked perfectly,the shower needs to be looked at as it doesn’t come out of the wall far enough to cover you when showering. Breakfast was first class lots of hot and cold dishes to suit everyone.Good coffee and tea making facilities. Wi-Fi was free and adequate and you had a free safe in the room a nice touch. It is a 15-20 minute walk to all attractions just far enough away from the crowds and near metro,airport transport bus and station. If I’m in Prague again I would definitely use this hotel👏👏👏

This hotel was better than expected! From the seamless check in with friendly and helpful staff, the amazingly comfortable beds and excellent aircon (a must for me!)) The breakfast was AMAZING, such wide selection and long opening hours. Across the park from the train station for easy access and walking distance to all the main attractions. Highly recommend, thanks for a wonderful stay!

The location of the hotel is excellent, it’s close enough and 5-10 min walk to all key points in Prague but in a sufficiently quiet corner, close to trams etc the Chloe and Hoffa cafe nearby are great and walking distance to state opera etc. Very friendly staff, nice touches like a welcome drink and complimentary fridge and minibar with some nice drinks like kombucha, beer etc. also nespresso. And excellent breakfast - tons of choice. General hotel is ambience is modern and nice. Rooms are comfortable though the bathroom set-up is a bit different, very comfortable bed. Definitely a good stay!

Absolutely delightful. The hotel presents very well. The room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. The inclusive breakfast was really very good as there was a wide variety of choice from cereals, cold cuts to hot dishes. The food was fresh and well presented and replenished regularly to ensure that you did not miss out if you wanted a particular dish. Probably one of the best breakfast buffets I’ve experienced. The location, situated not far from the main station and with the tram network right out side the front door, makes getting around very easy. It is simply a tram ride to the downtown centre. The reception staff were absolutely brilliant and extremely helpful. I had the unfortunate experience of having my wallet pickpocketed on the second day and the staff could not have been more helpful. If we return to Prague we will definitely be booking this hotel. A five star experience.

Hotel close to the train station. Room was good. Could have done with a couple of hooks in the bathroom. Bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. Breakfast had a good hot and cold selection. Bar was small but the staff were really nice.
