コート上で世界中からのゲストを迎える 部屋はエアコン完備で、旅行全体の中で最も快適な夜でした。 近くには大型ショッピングモール、スーパーマーケット、住宅ビルがあります。 フードコートや東南アジア料理レストランもあり チェックインの際、宿泊料金が未受領で旅行で手続きする必要があるとのことで、少々足かせがありました。 とても早く解決しました、ありがとうございます👍🏻

お金の割に良いホテル。近くにトラムの停留所があり、市内中心部までトラムで10分です。無料駐車場あり。とてもきれいです。新しく改装されたばかり。

まず、4人部屋ではなく2人部屋になりました。それはまったく機能しませんでした。 45分ほど待って、ようやく部屋が変わりました。スタッフからは謝罪も何もありませんでした。ドイツ語を少し話せる一人を除いて、ドイツ語を話せる人は誰もいませんでした。さらに悪いことに、朝食ルームのテーブルに着くまでに30分以上待ちました。トースト、イチゴティーなどがすべて揃っていませんでした。

朝食はとてもおいしく、選択肢も豊富でした。ベッドは本当に快適で、部屋はとても居心地がよく、親切なスタッフが熱心に助けてくれました。無料駐車場は防犯カメラで監視されていました。トラムとバスの駅に近いです。スラヴィアのファンショップなど、近くにはたくさんのお店があります。

最高のホテルで、スタッフも最高に親切です。67 人の子供たちのグループで宿泊しましたが、どんな状況でもスタッフの忍耐力、優しさ、助けようとする熱意には本当に驚きました。スタッフ全員、特にこのような大勢のグループをまとめてくれたジュリアさんに心から感謝しています。また必ずこのホテルを利用します。

We stayed one night with family. We got a family room. Unfortunately the air conditioning was not working in the main room. After the emergency, one of the employees came to repair the air conditioner. After returning from the restaurant, the air conditioner did not work again. We urged again (around 10 p.m. in the evening), but unfortunately I was told that there was no repairman at the hotel and that someone could only come the next day. They say I should open the window. Yes it is true. Unfortunately, there is a McDonalds under the windows and it was busy. So I had to sleep at a temperature of +-28 degrees and of course I didn't sleep. The hotel was supposedly fully booked, but unfortunately there was no one to help us. From the manager, I felt indifference to the customer and lack of interest in solving the problem. The sentences I should have opened the window etc. are perhaps from the Stone Age. Otherwise, the device would need to be repaired. A big disappointment for us. And no one will ever see us in this hotel again!

We were very pleased with our accomodation, service and location of this resort. Breakfast was varied and delicious. Although it was our first stay, certainly it wasn’t last. The staff in particular were amazing and so helpful. See you soon!
