Our room, actually an apartment, was fantastic. It was clean. The beds were really good. The sofa beds were about as expected for sofa beds. The apartment was spacious and bright, with big windows that could open wide. My husband compared notes with colleagues at the conference he was attending and our room was way better than the tiny hotel rooms most of them had. There were tapestries and a knight's armor in the hallway. We loved the building. The location was perfect for us: 240 meters (4 minutes' walk) from the Letenské náměstí tram stop and from the grocery store next to it, and the same distance from the wonderful little vegan restaurant ”Chutnej”. There was a kitchen in the apartment, with some dishes, a dishwasher, a couple of pots and knives, and a small oven, stove, fridge, and microwave. There were many restaurants, bakeries and pubs within a few minutes' walk and splendid tourist sites within 20 minutes' tram ride. There was shared laundry in the hallway, used all morning by the cleaners, but it was really nice to be able to do free laundry right there in the evening, even though it required first removing their load of towels from the dryer. The current cleaners (June 2024) are two nice young women who do a great job. Other residents here seemed mostly young and single. The neighborhood was mostly locals, with restaurants and groceries priced for locals, as opposed to the crowds of tourists in Prague 1. Everybody was behaving well while we were there. These are apartments, not a hotel. Letna Garden Suites are 5 or 6 floors of rooms accessed through one of the doorways of a typical Prague building. A door access code was emailed the day the rental was to start, and I think that was the ONLY customer service that was ever provided. They ignored my emails, especially the question I emailed two or three times asking where to park for check-in. I know the answer now: don't drive here. Bring wheeled luggage, and carry it all, not at rush hour, on the tram to Letenské náměstí. There is space on the tram for people to stand with strollers or bags, and there is a ticket machine inside the tram with several language options including English where you can buy a ticket using a credit card. There is nowhere closer to Letna Garden Suites than Letenské náměstí to park a car, not even for a minute. If you come to Prague by car, your best option is to drive it straight to a parking lot (e.g. a prepaid Mr. Parkit lot) and use the tram instead. Prague's tram system is amazing and can get you anywhere, unless you need a wheelchair. Letna Garden Suites has a good elevator, but you climb about a dozen steps to get to it. I saw no evidence of fire escapes or alternate evacuation routes. There was a video in the fire engine section of the Museum of Technology (five minutes' walk and well worth a visit) of a similar Prague building on fire, with the fire department rescuing everybody from windows in splendid fashion. Perhaps that's the fire e
Very helpful and knowledgeable staff right from the start. We also got lots of free goodies to enjoy our stay a little bit more. Rooms nice, clean, quiet, beds big and comfy. Count in a great breakfast buffet and I don´t know what more could I possibly need. As farewell gift we also got a discount voucher in case we return. Much appreciated.
Enjoyed a comfortable and relaxing stay at Absolutum. Check in procedures easy, friendly & welcoming staff. Restaurant food was good and a full mini-bar was well stocked.
Location was fine for me as I love walking, but its a 30 minute walk into the old town and there is a nice coffee shop 200-300m away from the hotel. Would happily stay there again.
Residence was clean and close to city center (3-4 station from city center), we enjoyed the breakfest, especially considering price. I want to extend a special thanks to Anatoli, a member of the King's Residence staff. Anatoli's commitment to providing outstanding service and assistance during our stay was truly remarkable. His professionalism, attentiveness, and friendly demeanor were greatly appreciated. Cons is room card isn't work properly. We faced troubles with room card but Anatoli solved it immediately.
Seamless and swift check-in, it was nice to see that all preferences were met and room was ready. Prompt and up bit service on check out. Lots of art pieces in the room/ lobby/restaurant. Implacable cleanliness of the bedding. Quiet specious room, with minibar, safety box, hairdryer, AC, TV, kettle, coffee & tea amenities, slippers upon request. Disliked · Limited services available at hotel as for 4 star property. Restaurant open only for breakfast from 08:00 till 10:00. Limited options. No in room service. Elevator grounds between the floors, that a bit awkward, if you travel with luggage you still drag it half floor up or half floor down by stairs. Overused shower with molds.

Such an amazing experience we had stayed at this hotel. This trip was for my dad’s birthday and he couldn’t be more happier with everything the hotel did to make his day more special. Vlad at the front desk is a great example of excellent customer service. He went above and beyond to make everything work and make our stay amazing. The way he explained everything what we needed with the smile on his face. He’s so friendly and professional. Even if it’s so cold he still had no doubt to went outside himself to help and to make sure we will have enough space for parking. A huge shout out for him and his amazing work. Breakfasts really good, a great choice of food, everything fresh, great value. Wellness aria is super clean, nice cozy space to relax. Also a big thank you to Bogdana, she’s such sweet and friendly person, so professional. Was such a pleasure to be welcomed by her for breakfast and wellness. We definitely be back with our whole family. Anna managing everything really good!
The room was very spacious, with kitchenette that included a sink, microwave, small refrigerator, dishes, cupboards for storage and silverware. It was so convenient to have all these amenities available for my week-long stay. But the best thing about this hotel is the staff. Everyone one I met was friendly and helpful- even going out of their way to make my visit pleasant. I love this hotel. It is a great value for all of the amenities. I'll stay there every time I come to town!
ゲゲストDie Verkehrsanbindung vom Zentrum ist ideal. Bezirk in Prag. Ambiente. Es hat mir alles dort gut gefallen.
I chose this hotel because I needed accommodation near the Tipsport Arena, where I was at the evening concert. Residence Vysta was located directly opposite this arena, very close to the tram station. This was an accommodation for undemanding travelers. The equipment of my room was basic. It was clean there and although the hotel was located on a very busy street, there was quiet inside. The breakfast served on the ground floor was very simple but good. Check in and check out was quick, the staff was very nice.
This hotel is basically a base only for sleep & a shower, its situated quite a way from the heart of the city, the good thing is the metro is 5 minutes walk from the hotel, the metro service is perfect & easy to navigate the city sights, the rooms are very cramped with little space like i said its basically a base only, overall the hotel served its purpose for our lovely prague trip❤️
