ホテル ラ バルカロール(Hotel la Barcarolle)

We love the location of this hotel and the staff are amazing. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. It is a little oasis outside of Geneva that we escape to when we spend time in the region. The bar / restaurant staff are particularly attentive!

Very great hotel to stay in! I really appreciate that my room was very clean. Staff were very nice and professional. We were there for a work retreat and it showed that the hotel was ready for us, everything set, no unpleasant surprises. Clean meeting space too.!

Really lovely hotel and very helpful staff. Clean property. But the location is very remote and apart from a castle which is a few mins walk from the hotel, there isn't much to do for families around here. When we went, it was raining all week so we couldn't quite enjoy the location but the hotel sits right on the banks of the lake which I am sure would be spectacular in the summer when the bars are open. Also they have a pool which was not accessible due to the weather but looked quite nice. The food is very good. But yes, everything is quite expensive as you'd imagine in Switzerland. The staff were fantastic, helped us with some special requests and were very accommodating. Highly recommended.

Truly outstanding the room was beautiful spacious and super clean with a lovely clean bathroom the hotel was so lovely the location and views were stunning ,staff were spot on and extremely friendly all in all an absolute joy of a stay will be back again shortly

Air conditioning in my room did not work at all. It was the hottest day in Geneva and I filtered my ******* search specifically for rooms with air conditioning. I tried calling the front desk to see if I could move but could not get through and since I was only staying for one night, didn’t bother pushing further.

On the weekend of Friday August 25 to Sunday August 27, we celebrated our Wedding at the Hotel La Barcarolle. It is a dream place to celebrate a wedding. And the Hotel team is just incredible, welcoming, professional and kind at all times, they made us and our guests happy every moment of this weekend. We thank them for having made our wedding a fairy tale.

Giving the best rating is sometimes difficult because many things depend on small details. But I have to say that I felt incredibly comfortable in this place from the first to the last second. Without restrictions. The behavior of the staff and the location and decor of the hotel were just perfect for me.

We absolutely loved our stay in Switzerland. Though from the US standards this wouldn't be rated a 4 star hotel, as far as value, friendliness, charm and location it gets a 4 star from me!

the hotel is nice. the room is great with balcony shower and bath. the breakfast buffet is good. the restaurant card invites you to eat there. the prices are a bit higher but enjoy your meal. unfortunately there is no small beach to get into the lake. each a stairway leading directly to the boats in the harbour. We couldn't enter the pool because the water was renewed. so we explored the area that invites you to go for a walk.
