ヴィラ コンフォート(Villa Confort)

We had wonderful 5 nights at Villa Confort! The rooms are big and really nice, location is perfect because restaurants and small shops in walking distance and Kettina is great! Special thanks to you and all the best for the future!

This place is by far the worst place I’ve stayed. The personnel tries to make the best breakfast with the limited options they have (from what we could understand). We stayed for six nights and our room was only cleaned once because I found a cockroach and insisted! My advise is to stay clear of this place - rather shorthen your stay on Praslin. We couldn’t see the bottom of the pool because the water was so dirty - one of the other guests asked them to have the pool cleaned. It is obvious that the owner knows that high demand drives up the prices so just let the guests stay in filthy mouldy rooms - even the Windows were mouldy 😫 See the “neighboor” and the sign tells it all

The property manager, Mariana(?), is fantastic. She is friendly, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She made sure we enjoyed our time there and around the area. We also loved that we felt like we were at a family member’s home. We cannot wait to come back!

My stay at Villa Confort was amazing, I felt like I was in a family home. The owners helped me with everything I needed, tours, restaurants, information, reservation for a private beach + they were always willing to help me with anything. I realized how much they helped me when I met other tourists and shared with them some information they had no idea, such as buses schedules, stores, ATMs, where to find cables for electronic devices... The room was big and comfortable, the breakfast was very good. The location is close to the airport, I actually walked 8 minutes from the airport to the hotel and close to it you have small supermarkets and restaurants. Also the bus station is almost in front of the hotel. I really recommend Villa Confort they made all the difference in my stay!

Good location near restaurants, friendly staff, good brekfast and big fridge. The bed is so uncomfortable, we can't relax, and there are no good curtain and we wake up everyday from too early (07:00) , and there are no sampoo. Not value for money.

We stayed here a couple of nights and we’re happy with the stay. The place is quite basic but the room was comfortable and clean with a big bathroom. Good air conditioning, also and a good breakfast. The location is nice, close to beaches and some restaurants.

Comfortable and clean room. Good A/C and wifi. Breakfast was nice, included juice, tea/coffee, fresh fruit, eggs made to order, toast, cheese, and jam. Pool is great, whether to lounge by it or take a dip. Literally just a 10 minute walk from the airport. Super friendly and helpful, will arrange taxis and boat tours.

Casa abbandonata come in un film Horror. Polvere, ragnatele e unto in cucina come se nessuno l'avesse aperta da un anno. Piscina senza cloro e mai pulita in 6 giorni di permanenza. Dei 6 bagni presenti per le 6 camere della casa ne funzionavano solo due. Se hai un emergenza nessuno risponde al telefono per ore quindi, essendo finita la bombola del gas, non abbiamo potuto cucinare fino all'arrivo...con molta calma...della signora che si occupa della casa. L'unica volta che l'abbiamo vista dopo l'arrivo è la riscossione. I proprietari, invece, non si sono neppure degnati di rispondere alle mail e neppure agli SMS inviati per denunciare le varie mancanze. Noi avevamo preso l'intera villa ma, per chi dovesse prenotare le camere, sappiate che gli interruttori della luce di camera vostra oppure del vostro bagno si trovano anche nelle camere degli altri quindi, mentre state in bagno, è probabile che l'ospite sconosciuto della camera attigua, vi spenga la luce. Insonorizzazione assente completamente. Si sente il vicino russare come se fosse nel vostro letto. Vicinissima alla pista degli ultraleggeri che si alzano anche di notte. Vi sconsiglio vivamente di prenotare qui.
