The location and view was great. The hotel has many facilities you can enjoy as spa, sauna and indoor pool. Rooms and bathrooms are quite spacious. The breakfast was good, restaurant menu had some interesting choices, overall decent food quality and well cooked.

Went for the Christmas offering. Arrived at 1PM, room was ready. Attention to detail in having a small welcome gift from some sponsors in the room. Towels changed daily, liquid soap available, hot water for showering. Did not get the balcony room due to lack of availability, but the view was still good. Food was OK but did not have that touch of "being different". Just plenty and good to eat. The band that was hosted for the 3 night stay was OK but did not really interact with the public and there was not really any space to dance. Ionut at the cocktabil bar is very friendly and can give you some recommendations for something new. Santa came with a small gift for the kids even though we prepared beforehand with our home brought gift. Last but not least, the water and coffee included were also nice to have. The only issue I have is that the pool was not heated enough for my taste and I am really not that kind of person that freezes in a 21 degree heated pool. The heat was coming mainly from the radiators.

Friendly staff, comfortable and generous rooms, nice ambiance. We had a few days off and enjoyed every moment. The pool is big enough at a perfect temperature. The restaurant has both traditional and international items, great valie for money.

Rude and cranky staff, yelled at the guests, we were treated like we bothered them, the bar does not have variety and is expensive, mouldy bathroom, bad food, this is not a 4 star hotel, does not deserve it. This is a hotel that I can’t recommend !

disappointment !!! it is not a 4 star hotel !!! ... staff uninterested and unresponsive to the reported problems, as if you were talking to a wall. Cold in the rooms... we slept two nights with the air conditioner whistling in our ears so we wouldn't die of cold. Hotel toilets very dirty (not the ones in the room). I do not recommend. I will not stay in this hotel again.

Beautiful mountain view, spa ok, clean and welcoming rooms, friendly staff, tasty and healthy breakfast. The children enjoy the playroom and the adults enjoy the delicious coffee and the papañas with sweets! The location is good and the mountain hiking excellent, now you can rent bikes. We will be back... when are you coming?

When we arrived the room wasn’t the cleanest ever. Ok, haven’t said anything, just to find out that the next day no cleaning was done and the towels haven’t been changed. When talking to the reception, twice, they said that they are making the rooms every second day, thing that is nowhere specified, but will transmit further the issue to be solved and they guarantee that the next day there will be cleaning. I wonder then, why someone entered the room , just to straighten the bad sheets? The second day the same, no cleaning , one towel changed and thrown there, and the sheets straightened. When talking at the reception, they said that they transmitted forward and asked for the responsible lady. She said she didn’t know anything about the issue and they actually make the rooms every day and was doubting that someone was in the room that day. All in all, there are a lot of shortcomings, the most relevant being that they simply don’t clean or make the rooms, don’t change towels. Below are photos with the”cleaned” room

Money thrown in the trash.First we was booked a budget room with balcony and they give us a panoramic mountain view and pay for this . After we change to the room we want but they told us " we can't give you the money back" which mean we lose some new money. The room was to say Ok but bathroom was bad .The walls DIRTY, hairdryer not working, wc was running the water continue till they come to fix it we couldn't use it. AC doesn't work and in the night was hot in room. Breakfast extremely poor for a hotel 4 star's. Dirty dishes and the head waiter make always make comments. No one teach them to behave. In restaurant the coffee machine always not working for cafe latte.....and many more.They put in 7 days 2 time tea in our room and never change the bed in 7 days We travel alot in Romania and outside but we never see a hotel 4 star's like this .I do not recommend this hotel.
