When I first arrived, I could never have imagined that I would be treated with such extraordinary warmth and care - almost like a real princess. Throughout my stay, the team looked after me with genuine kindness, attention, patience and a sincere desire to make me happy. Interestingly, my first impression was completely different. On my first day, I actually considered asking for a refund because my father and I were disappointed with the beach facilities, as they were not as developed as those at some other resorts we had visited in different countries. I spoke to the manager, Oussama, who was exceptionally polite, thoughtful and attentive. He told me something that I remember very clearly: at this hotel, every guest eventually becomes part of one big family. You are not treated simply as a guest, but as someone who belongs here. At first, I was a little skeptical. But now, as I am leaving, I realize that he was absolutely right. I truly feel as though I am leaving part of my Moroccan family behind. And perhaps this feeling - being far away from your own country, yet somehow feeling at home - is much more valuable than anything else. Oussama also became like a true older brother to me during my stay. He is incredibly funny, warm, courteous, caring, talkative and easy to be around. He always knows how to make you smile, how to make a situation feel lighter, and at the same time he is genuinely attentive and concerned about how you are feeling. He has that rare ability to be both professional and very human at the same time. You never feel like you are simply speaking to a hotel manager - you feel like you are talking to someone who actually cares about you, listens to you and wants you to feel comfortable and happy. Tingitana - one of the highlights of my stay First of all, I have to mention the absolutely wonderful breakfasts at Tingitana. The food is exquisite, beautifully prepared and genuinely delicious. And then there is the amazing Rashida, who takes such wonderful care of the restaurant. Rashida became almost like a second mother to me during my stay. She is incredibly warm, kind and caring, while at the same time being such a strong woman. I sincerely wish her enormous success in her career. I truly believe she deserves it, and I think she can be an example and inspiration to many people. I also want to give a very special mention to Abdelmaghit. He is one of the kindest, most courteous, respectful, gallant and protective young men I have met here - a real guardian of the heart. Around him, you simply feel safe. For a young woman travelling in another country, feeling safe and respected is incredibly important.
