Stayed here 10/09 - 11/09 2025 Perfect overnight hotel for 1 - 3 nights. The hotel is located 15 minutes drive from the center of Pristina and about 20 minutes from the airport. In the vicinity there are a few shops and several restaurants. Pros: Easy and quick check-in and check-out. Service-oriented staff at the reception. Cozy atmosphere and environment around the lobby. Service-oriented staff at the reception. Clean and fresh. Free Parking. Good food at the bar. Modern hotel rooms. Kettle in the room. Beds 7 (see below *). Value for money 7 (see below **). Cons: 15 min into Pristina. *(Sinks through 0 - Average 5 - lies on top of the mattress 10) **(Throws money down the drain 0 - Break Even 5 - Highest profit 10)

The staff was amazing. Very helpful throughout the whole hotel. From the welcoming girls at the reception, the amazing girls at the spa and also the waiters at the restaurant. What I loved the most was the location. Even though I'm from Kosovo, Sheraton's location makes you think that you're truly having a retreat. Cleanliness was top! It made me feel safe and good.

All aspects of my stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Prishtina City Hotel were great. When I entered, the staff was friendly and made me feel welcome. The rooms are clean, modern, and cozy. My stay was enhanced by the room's amenities and the bed's comfort. The hotel meal was great. I appreciated starting my day with a filling breakfast from the range of great options. I also had fresh, excellent, and well-presented cuisine at the hotel's restaurant. A well-equipped gym and a peaceful setting are also available at the hotel. The personnel went above and above to meet my demands, and their attention to detail improved my stay. I had the best experience. I recommend the Four Points by Sheraton Prishtina City Hotel for visitors. Whether you're visiting for work or pleasure, our hotel has everything you need for a relaxing stay.

Positive- —Very friendly and helpful Front Desk staff —Beautiful hotel. It’s relatively new. Everything is modern and clean. It’s located in a very upscale and quiet residential area. While there, I saw two Kosovo celebrities at the hotel. —They have an incredible pool/hot tub/two levels of sauna/steam room/cold dunk pool, etc., underneath the hotel (free admission for hotel guests). It’s very clean with lots of other amenities. —Gigantic room and bathroom —Great water pressure —Plenty of hot water supply —Wonderful breakfast breakfast with every possible food option. It costs 15 Euros per person. —There are a few stores and restaurants in the immediate area —Individual heat and A/C controls —A hot water kettle is in the room for making coffee/tea, and supplies are included —Comfy bed with nice linens —Everyone at the hotel speaks great English — I visited during the Christmas holidays and the hotel was tastefully decorated —Daily maid service (a declining service unfortunately in the USA) —This hotel should be a higher brand than a Four Points Negative - —It’s outside the city area and about a 10 minute taxi ride into the city center. The hotel has a contracted rate with a taxi service and it costs about 5-6 Euros to get into town. Otherwise, it will typically cost about 15 Euros for a taxi off the street. To get a taxi from city center back to the hotel, use the Marriott app and send a message and they’ll send a taxi to you at the contracted 5-6 Euro rate. —The TV has dozens of channels, but only 2-3 worked (the rest showed blank screens). Summary- I would absolutely stay here again!

Whenever in Prishtina I always stay here. The place is so nice, calm atmosfere, very cosy and clean rooms, excellent and friendly staff. Food is delicious, they have great local craft beer. Looking forward to visit again soon. Strong recomendation from me!

Absolutely enjoyable! This is how I would call each experience with the hotel's Una Spa. It is always pleasure to come back and entrust yourself to the hands of Una's professional, kind and polite staff, and leave the Spa reborn and happy.
