「部屋は清潔で整頓されており、快適な雰囲気でした。ロビーではスタッフが温かく迎えてくれ、皆フレンドリーで親切でした。朝食はカンボジア料理、西洋料理、中華料理など、種類豊富で、すべて宿泊料金に含まれていました。部屋からの海の眺めは息を呑むほど美しく、カーテンを開けると爽やかな海風が部屋いっぱいに吹き込んできました。」

「Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at the resort while celebrating my birthday. The room was very comfortable, and the Front of House staff provided a warm and pleasant experience. However, I was quite disappointed with the Food & Beverage service. I tried dining there twice and both times fell below expectations—especially when compared to similar resorts. During lunch, the service was lacking. The staff were not attentive; I had to ask multiple times for basic items, and they were often sitting behind the bar instead of actively serving guests. Breakfast was also underwhelming. We were seated and given a menu without any explanation of how the breakfast ordering process worked. It turned out to be à la carte with limited options, which felt overpriced—especially when considering that many resorts offer buffets at a similar or even lower cost. I also couldn’t help but feel a sense of unequal treatment. As a local Khmer guest, it seemed like foreign guests were welcomed and served with more enthusiasm, which was disheartening. I would love to return in the future, but I sincerely hope the resort improves its F&B service to match the quality of the rest of the experience.」

「良かった点：ここに滞在すると、すべてが完璧でした。部屋はとても素敵で、ビーチフロントは本当に最高です。ビーチも最高です。プールもとても素敵です。 到着時にサプライズがあり、本当に感謝しています。冷たいタオルとウェルカムドリンクも完璧でした。本当に楽しい滞在でした。 悪かった点：2泊3日で滞在しましたが、2日目に部屋の掃除をお願いしました。しかし、掃除が終わるまで時間がかかりました。午前11時頃からお願いしていたにもかかわらず、午後3時に掃除が終わりました。 2日目に夕食を食べたのですが、水をもらえますか？と尋ねました。レストランには無料の水がなく、有料のボトル入りの水しか売っていませんでした。無料の水が欲しい場合は、レストランではなく受付でもらう必要があります。 また、女性用ナプキンも提供されていません。外で購入する必要があり、購入したい場合はかなり遠いです。 レストランの選択肢はあまり多くありません。利用できるレストランは、このホテルか他のホテルにあります。」

「We received first a very bad room, it was small and smelly. The room hadn't got even a floor, only beton... We went to the reception and asked for a normal room, the guy at the reception didn't wonder about the our complains. We received a room which was better, but it was some out of order room (no room number and no amenities). During our 5 nights stay the room was not properly cleaned or the bedsheet changed. The swimming pool was dirty, so we didn't use it. The breakfast and dinner was good and tasty. It is definitely not 4 star hotel, max. 3 star.」

「まだ改装中です。フロントデスクから客室への道の経験は非常に不快です。道路はキッチンとトイレを通過する必要があります。大幅に割引されます。詳細はありません。ビーチはあまりきれいではありません。ウェイターは英語が話せません。コミュニケーションが難しいです。夜は部屋の明かりをあえてつけません。特大の飛んでいる虫がたくさんいます。部屋のプールの隣にもたくさんあります。泳ぐことができません。」
