このビーチサイドのリゾートでの素晴らしい滞在。私たちの部屋は素晴らしい眺めがあり、とても快適でした。素晴らしいビーチがすぐ近くにあり、ホテルのゲストが利用できるサンベッドがたくさんありました。朝食は種類が豊富でおいしかったです。私たちはホテルのレストランのいくつかで食事をしましたが、食事は素晴らしく、コストパフォーマンスも良く、本当に満足しました。スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで親切でした。全体として、非常に満足しており、友人や家族にもぜひお勧めします。

Just back from one week stay. We booked because its on the beach and that is one of our priorities. Weather was fabulous. The sea was warm once you get in and crystal clear. We used the hotel dining which was very good, no need to use the 7 other venues which are available. The bed was super comfortable and the room spotlessly clean air con included. Tea and coffee in the room also shampoo shower gel hairdryer and regular cleaning. The staff were very attentive and helpful. We would have preferred it if the staff were able to be a little less formal when serving us. It's nice to have a chat and a smile we appreciated their efficiency and the attention to detail.

What a lovely hotel perfect location, staff can't do enough for you the complimentary drinks on arrival was lovely and the porter, the food is great. Recommend B & B as there are so many great places to eat out near by. My only ****** would be inland view wasn't great and indoor pool wasn't heated, poor entertainment schedule bit is was early in the season so things were just getting started.

Words cannot do this hotel justice! We arrived and I'm total honesty I was in a very disgruntled state as my luggage had not been put on the damn plane so it was still back in Manchester and our experience of help at the airport had been lacking to say the least. That all changed when we walked into Sunrise Beach. The hotel is beautiful and everyone from the receptionists, to the bar staff, cleaners, kitchen staff, waiters cannot do enough for you. Literally it meant that the luggage issue was just a minor inconvenience for the two days as we were just so swept off our feet by how wonderful everything was! Special shout out to the Tui rep there - Daniel, he sorted the luggage issue swifly and with extreme efficiency. That guy is a credit to tui and honestly took all the hassle out if it for us, Daniel thank again for everything! Back to the hotel, it is in a perfect location, the room we had was wonderful! We booked a Seaview suite and it was worth every penny and spotlessly clean, housekeeping came everyday and you can't fault them at all, lovely comfy bed too. The food at this place is second to none,the option to dine in the resturants around the hotel is brilliant! We did the Asian, Brazilian steak house and Italian resturants and the food amd service at all were excellent. The food at the actual hotel again is just wonderful. Special mention to head Chef Jackis - he personally made sure my husband had a soup option if the one on wasn't one he liked as my husband is a but if a picky eater. Jackis went out if his way to ensure my husband was enjoying the food, explaining on our last night that he too is a picky eater so wanted to make sure my husband had food he could enjoy. We found this very touching that he cared to ensure the guests could enjoy their food- there was always something for my husband to eat but that one night he couldn't eat the soup as it was a flavour he didn't like and Jackis was determined to make sure he had one he could enjoy. They really do look after you here. Which brings me to Justine! Our lovely lady behind the bar who looked after us during the day, bringing us our drinks, crisps and nuts and on our last day checking on us to make sure we realised the time so as we wouldn't miss lunch before our flight. Justice you are such a star, thank you! We miss you! So If you want a holiday with amazing staff, a beautiful clean hotel, wonderful food and in a fantastic location right on a beautiful beach then book here, you won't regret it! It was a very nice stay at the sunrise beach hotel. Everybody who is working there is very kind and they did there best to make our holiday perfect. The food is very good and the view to the sea is also stunning. We recommend it to everyone who wants to have a great and relaxing vacation. Thank you very much!!

Really looking forward to coming here from all the reviews but upon arrival and to the moment we left I was extremely disappointed.Food was cold, sunbeds allocations a joke and over crowded in the entertainment.Unfortunately we’re not going to come back to this hotel as we’ve stayed in much much better hotels.

Excellent from welcome to goodbye. Excellent staff Yannis Sammi Anka Thapa Maria in fact every member of staff , chefs ,cleaners , pool staff all restaurant staff couldn’t do enough for us. The hotel itself is spotless refurbed since our last visit 9 years ago. Food in all restaurants was very good. The only poor visit was the Greek restaurant but it didn’t mar our stay.

Lovely hotel with direct access to the beach, all the staff are amazing so friendly and helpful. We had a little mix up with rooms and as a sorry they reimbursed us with a credit towards our room bill and a night in the royal suite, wow what a room with views that is, I wish we could of had it for a week lol. We love the dine around option, every restaurant has fantastic food and service, Lemongrass is our favourite. The allocated sunbed is good however we were lucky and got where we wanted to be, we did have to move after a few days to get there, the guys work hard to get you where you want to go however if we had ended up on the grass with nowhere to move to then this would have ruined our holiday. The only things I would say need improvement are the pool area needs a bit of tlc to fix the missing tiles etc and the sun loungers definitely need replacing, if this was done then it’s would be back to 5* and I would return in a heartbeat.
