位置非常好，交通跟吃的很方便，就是WIFI收訊差了點。如果可以再改善的話就十全十美了。註：lobby跟3樓就收訊良好

Absolutely terrible wifi/internet. Let's you connect but simply does not work. In 2024 this is completely unacceptable, it's mandatory that there is working internet. The rest of any review is irrelevant, it would be like writing a review about a hotel without any air.

This hotel has little to recommend it. First the good news - the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The rest is bad news. There were no towels or bath mats in the room when we arrived. The a/c was pathetic, and Santiago is in the middle of a heatwave. The rooms get a lot of street noise, even on the 7th floor. The breakfast is mediocre - only the lady who cooks the omelettes knew how to smile. The whole facility looks tired and decaying - avoid this hotel.

The lobby and outside of this hotel looked nice. However, when we got to our room, we were very disappointed. The room was old and dated, especially the carpet. We were glad we brought flip flops to walk around in. The shower had mildew, especially on the fixtures. We were on the second floor. Not sure if the higher floors were nicer. The location was great, as it was within walking distance to a lot of restaurants, shops, and sights. The breakfast was another good thing about this hotel. It had a great variety of hot and cold items. It sustained us for much of the day. Other than the location and breakfast, I would recommend trying a different hotel until this property goes through a major renovation.

Great location . Near restaurants, cafes , grocery stores , shopping and transportation. Had to change rooms due to cleanliness. Front desk personnel helpful and accommodating. Continental breakfast was unappetizing.

Primeiro de tudo: o melhor desse hotel são os seus funcionários: Daniel, Katy na recepção e Luis (motorista do hotel) são pessoas que estão sempre disponíveis para ajudar e fazendo com que a sua estadia seja mais agradável. Se você quer fazer seus passeios sem problemas contrate o Luis, ele fala português e te leva para qualquer passeio numa van espaçosa (faz seu translado aeroporto/hotel, neve, Concha y Toro, Viña del Mar e Val Paraiso, reserva restaurantes para você), ah e ele aceita pagamento em real ou pesos chilenos (cash). Pontos positivos: localização do hotel é perfeita, tem tudo próximo (costanera sky da pra ir andando, metrô na porta, academias, McDonalds, supermercado, bares, restaurantes para todo tipo de bolso). Os quartos são espaçosos, cama e enxoval novos, banheiro espaçoso e banho quente. Café da manhã atende bem ao gosto do brasileiro (café, frutas, iogurte, pão, ovos, queijo, presunto, bacon), tem um local no terceiro andar que dá para você trabalhar caso necessário e também um bar. Ponto negativo: não tem serviço de restaurante (almoço e janta), as janelas não são isoladas e você pode se incomodar com o barulho do trânsito caso tenha sono leve. E como última dica geral de Santiago: use Uber ou Cabify, não pegue taxi. Táxi você vai ter dor de cabeça.
