ミラノ空港にほど近く、レンタカーなど車で利用する方に最適です。 フロントの方々がとても親切で、夕食のレストラン、近くのスーパーマーケットを教えていただき利用しました。 設備は少し古い点は否めませんが、清潔感は高くコストとのバランスを考えれば高評価です。 朝食の種類は割と豊富で美味しくいただきました。 ホテル前の駐車場も余裕があります。 ミラノ空港を利用するときの前泊にはとても良いホテルです。

広大な森の近くにあるこの場所は、たとえ凍えるような冬の朝であっても、ランニングやサイクリングに最適な場所にあるため、とても気に入っています。それは手頃な価格で、よく組織され、フレンドリーなスタッフ、そしてとても清潔でした。工業団地の近くのほとんどのものからは離れていますが、森とそこにあるすべての小道に近いため、ここを選びました:) また、ピザやいくつかの必需品のある小さな町まで簡単に歩くことができました。朝食はかなり高そうだったし、走るのに忙しかったので食べませんでした ;)

優れたホテルで、フレンドリーさ、アクセスのしやすさ、快適さ、本当に欠けているものは何もありません。

Nice room although there were some maintenance issues. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel could do with some renovations.

The property is in good conditions. Some parts in bathroom need to be fixed, it seems it hasn’t been maintained up lately. Most important the staff is very helpful and friendly.

Struttura buona ma deve essere un po’ sistemata. Ottimo poter avere la colazione fino alle 11,00. Personale gentile e disponibile.

Hôtel funcional situado fuera del bullicio del lago de Como. Personal muy amable. Desayuno bastante completo. De todas formas, las 4 estrellas son difíciles de encontrar.

沒有公共交通，設施陳舊，沒有餐廳，電視機很小，早餐也沒啥，網速超級慢，自己出差就湊合了，下次不會來住了。

Very charming hotel. well placed to visit the lakes of Como and Milan. The service is exceptional. With a special mention for Rebecca, Linda and Anna who are very kind and who welcomed us really well. Breakfast was delicately prepared as if we were at home. They were adorable throughout our stay Many thanks again for your welcome.

Hotel was chosen for us as a tour of Italy through travel centre UK, it is 59’minutes out of Central Milan, easily accessed by train which is a 15 minute walk from hotel to station, not so great as it reduces time to explore in Milan. The hospitality in the Hotel is second to none, every member of staff keen to share their advice and knowledge of the local area. The hotel is extremely clean and comfortable and was ideal for 2 nights stay.

We booked a double comfort room but we’re put in a disabled access room. Neither of us have mobility issues and are supposed to be on a romantic weekend away and we thought by booking a 4 star hotel we would get the romantic atmosphere advertised on line. We asked about room service when we arrived as it was quite late and were met with a response of “nothings open” despite the website advertising 24hour room service with no extra charge and free water from the mini bar. When we got to our room there was a notice on the side with information about the room service hours which also stated there would be a 3€ charge just to call down to room service, as well as a note on the mini bar stating a 1.50€ fee for water. Our bathroom does not have the bidet that’s stated in the room description online and the toilet is raised far too high for either of us to use comfortably. The rest of the bathroom is completely bare, with not so much as a shower curtain. Our safe does not work, despite someone coming to change the batteries inside and still no resolution to our issue! We have only one bedside table and had to resort to using the cheap plastic chair as a replacement on one side of the bed. The receptionist was less than cooperative when we went down to discuss our feelings/options and we were met with “we don’t change the bookings this is what you booked”. After showing her our booking and where it stated what we paid for she responded with “we’re full so we can’t move you unless you want to sleep separately or if someone cancels” . We feel as though we have been lied to and don’t feel as though we have been provided with the service that we have paid for. Having seen the room pictures online of what we had actually booked we are completely disgusted and can’t help feeling a bit discriminated against due to us being a same sex couple. It’s our first time in Milan and this has truly tainted our view and will probably not be coming back at all.

I visted here in April 2023 and there was a couple of things which let the hotel down, first of all its a long way from Milan which my love holidays booking said it wouldn't be and its about 45 minutes car drive from Bergamonde . So if you have a car if not it's a very expensive taxi journey. I got to the hotel at 1050pm to be told there were no reception services from 11pm -9am. So if anything was wrong with my room, everyone would have left. While the staff were nice enough and helpful, the room was boiling hot, and there was no air conditioning despite having the facility to do that. The cleaning lady also knocked on the door at 850am, which i would say was early anywhere, and they nearly walked in on me on the shower. While the room was clean and the staff were friendly, the limited times of reception and the location unless you have a car are not great.

This hotel has wonderful staff but be warned you cannot avoid the views of factories on all 4 sides .There is nowhere to walk to get food in the evenings so if you are making this a base for your holiday spend as long as you can out on your day trips.That said the hotel is clean,breakfast is all homemade and really rather good and the staff are helpful but there is no denying its location is errgh !
