ハーバー ホテル プロビンスタウン(Harbor Hotel Provincetown)

Unfortunately vi read the property was under some Reno, but thought by this point in the season, the exterior would be finished. It was not. Workers at window level, area of the parking lot out of commission, etc . Just not really safe. Stairways to the 2nd floor could use repair. Our room was courtyard and the bathroom was average in terms if clean and up to date. Lamp by bed was not hung straight. And dresser was very dated. To the good, towels were fine, beds comfortable, and desk staff were super accommodating. I've never had someone turn up a better overpriced bottle of sort of cheap wine during a Nor'easter with such accommodating friendliness!

This hotel is undergoing renovations, so not everything was up to par. They are doing a nice job with the area, fire pit, swimming pool, playground, etc. The room was clean, but the shower was odd, and the water was not as hot. Plus, the wall needed repair from past leaks. Hopefully, that will all get corrected during the renovation. The hotel was close enough to the downtown, and the ocean right outside was a big plus. I would stay there again.

The Hotel was wonderful and staff were simply amazing! They gave wonderful restaurant and attraction recommendations.

Clean room. Comfortable bed Convenient to Provincetown Village. Excellent staff. Great view of bay.

Because of wedding booked there, we could not use common fire pit area for entire weekend since was reserved for loud wedding party and their guests. No advance notice nor reimbursement given

Our room was very large, had 2 bathrooms with a separate living area from the bedroom. check in was easy.cute property.

DO NOT RISK YOUR HEALTH! This whole hotel is a public health hazard. The rooms are covered in black mold all around. This hotel is the worst I have ever stayed in a shoreline hotel. We arrived late the first night. When we entered the room, a damp odor hit our noses. We aired the room and went to dinner. It was hard to see in the evening dark what was going on in that room. We couldn't sleep at night because of headaches. In the morning we saw, that the lampshade was covered in black mold, the bathroom paint was peeling off the walls, and the exposed electricity tubes were rusted all over. When we asked them to change our room, they did so. We went to check the second room, only to find out the bed frames were all molded. What is this hotel doing? Black mold is a fungus humans are not supposed to live with. It can cause serious illness and worsen asthma symptoms. It irritates the immune system. Also check the bedbug registry in Provincetown, because some hotels have them. Nightmare.

We enjoyed our stay. Staff were very friendly, especially Maurice (sp?) at the front deck. He was super helpful and very nice, he suggested several restaurants, which we liked. Our room has a slow drain, but we were moved to a better room right away. We really liked the staff and our view was excellent.

I liked this place a lot .. just found the gates to pool And doors annoying .. not really worth complaining about !
