ケープ コロニー イン(Cape Colony Inn)

This room was large and comfortable. The food for a continental was varied and fresh. I requested a first floor room and it was reserved for me. My only concern was a tub instead of a walk in shower. I, as a senior single traveler, was concerned about tripping getting out of the tub shower.

The staff was so friendly and made you feel welcomed. They offered suggestions for dining, shopping, activities and answered any questions we had. The entire atmosphere was lovely. We have found a new "home" on Cape Cod.

Beautifull room. Size was great. Super clean, very nice people, absolutely confortable. I would love to be able to plug in my electric car somewhere. Breakfast could be better, but overall, everything was perfect !

I can’t say enough about the fantastic staff at Cape Colony Inn. They went above and beyond to make my stay as pleasant as possible. I would stay with them again if I was in the area again.

We were very pleased with our stay at the hotel. The staff was amazing and the room was spacious and clean. The parking lot was a major plus since it is impossible to find any. We will definitely use this hotel in the future.

I stayed at this pleasant motel near Provincetown in 2018 and gave it a 5-star review. This time, however, the hotel charged me for a week’s stay (just under $1300) on the credit card I presented at check-in and the card I had used earlier this year for the deposit. When I called the front desk, I was told that the hotel had not charged both credit cards. However, I verified with the credit card companies and with ******* that the the charges were made by Cape Colony Inn, not *******. I relayed this information to ******* on my check-in review, resulting in an angry call from the manager referring to my “negative review on *******” and reiterating that the hotel had not charged both credit cards. No apology or offer to investigate was made. While I understand that unintentional mistakes can be made, the response from Cape Colony management cast a pall on my time in Provincetown, and I will not return to this motel.
