サルダーニャ エコリゾート ＆ スパ(Cerdanya EcoResort)

We go to Cerdanya every year. This was our first time staying here and we will not return. There was a surcharge for EVERYTHING and I mean, everything. The breakfast is expensive and not well stocked. There were moldy garlic heads served and when I asked if they could replaced with new ones I was told I could scrape the mold off. When I looked at the gentleman like “what?” he changed his mind and went to get fresh garlic. The scrambled eggs were so raw you could pour them onto your plate and people repeatedly had to ask them to replenish the warm food. They charge a fee for the coworking space which doesn’t even have faster wifi than the rest of the facility and is not a particularly cozy space - feels like a cafeteria with harsh lighting. They charge extra to access the spa if you are staying anywhere but in the main hotel building and then when you get there the warm pool isn't even warm enough, nor the steam room or the heated bench. Everything is luke warm. We ate dinner there one night & it went so badly that we booked dinner at a different hotel the second night. Waited 20 min for someone to take our order, when the chicken arrived it was cold and when we sent it back they returned it 20 min later so burned I couldn’t cut it. Then they charged us half price for the meal. Any decent place would have comped it as it was entirely inedible. I sent it back and didn’t eat dinner. The kitchen staff were kind and apologetic but clearly management doesn’t set the right tone.

We went for skiing on the week of half term and we stayed at the apartments. The views were amazing, the apartment had all the facilities. The children loved the kids club and the inner pools as well as the Spa. We cooked in the apartment most of the days but the food at the camping was amazing and worth to try it. We used to buy fresh cakes at the bakery of the village each morning. Maribel (her owner) was very helpful recommending us her local products. We couldn’t have enjoyed more. We stayed at bungalow 14. No views and bungalows very close to each otherZ Paid around 140euro per night in September. The place is very basic and quite run down. The fridge and freezer were not working, no hairdryer, no coffee machine. The cheapest possible furniture/fittings. This place is decent is you were to it 50-70 euros a night.

Toda ha sido perfecto, ibamos asustados por las malas opiniones, y no lo entendemos. La habitación es amplia para familia de 4, con cocina pequeña pero muy bien equipada para poder hacer la cena. El bufet del desayuno es lo más, todo km0 y muchísimo producto eco, un placer para el cuerpo. El spa fue super bien, disfrutamos una horita los 4 solos, maravilloso. La piscina climatizada está caliente y es super grande y los niños y mayores la hemos disfrutado mucho. Hotel muy pensado para los peques. Pistas de padel disponibles con reserva y nos dejan palas. Lo hemos pasado muy bien. Todo genial! Repetiremos! Gracias!

Hemos reservado un duplex con acceso a spa y resulta que el spa no estaba disponible para familias con niños durante toda nuestra estancia. Y cuando hemos llegado a recepción para hablar nos han dicho que es lo que hay y no pueden hacer nada. Recepcionista Jessica faltaba respecto, no quería escuchar nada y empezaba a atender otros clientes ignorándome. Personal es mal educado sobre todo en restaurante km0, te hablan todo el rato en catalán y cuando pides hablar en castellano no les importa y siguen en catalán diciendo que estamos en Catalunya y aquí se hablan en catalán. Él Desayuno está muy pobre, nada de variedad. 4 tipos de embutidos, 1 tipo de pan, 2 tipos de croissantes, 2 tipos de queso y algo de frutas. La cena tampoco es buena, platos tienen poco sabor y redondo de ternera no hemos podido ni comer. Todo hay que reservar en la web: spa, comida, cena, bressol. Un día el espacio de niños tenía mucha agua en el suelo que es muy peligroso. Y nadie ha venido a limpiarlo. La piscina climatizada tenía agua fría y en todo el espacio hacía frío porque hay una entrada desde la calle. Este “resort” tiene mucho que desear. No nos ha gustado nada y no vale ni el tercio de precio que hemos pagado. Todo el personal necesitan el training que es atención al cliente y como hay que hablar con la gente.

Elegimos el hotel buscando tranquilidad y nada más lejos de la realidad. Nos alojan en un apartamento encima de.un club social con gente en.la terraza a todas horas haciendo ruido hasta más de las 23 horas. Tenemos que estar con las ventanas cerradas y pasar calor ( no tienen aire acondicionado). Decepción total .

Estuvimos en verano y fue una experiencia muy satisfactoria. La atención y el servicio recibidos estupendos. Las instalaciones genial y la habitación un diez. Muy atentos al tema del gluten y nos encantó el buffet libre del mediodía en el jardín (aunque no fuera muy variado; en el interior había platos deliciosos, bien cocinados y con materia prima propia o de km0) , y que en el desayuno hubiera un exprimidor selfservice con frutas y verdureas estuvo genial. Repetiremos, sin duda!

Precios muy altos, horarios rarisimos de restaurante. Nada que ver con lo que era el Hotel/camping años atrás. Además, de Resort no tiene nada. Realmente no vale la pena habiendo tanta oferta en la Cerdanya

De website presenteert een heel ander beeld van het resort dan het in werkelijkheid is. Het lijkt mooi, verzorgd, rustig en luxe maar dat us niet wat het is. Wij vonden er niks van luxe, eco en/ of lekker biologisch eten. Verder was de prijskwaliteit verhouding ook belachelijk!!! Wij moesten 216 euro per nacht betalen voor een zeer aftandse bungalow (zie foto's). Toen ik dot aangaf kreeg ik een boze 'baas' aan de telefoon die de hoorn erop hing en niet bereid was tot een stap naar de klant. Vooral voor de mensen die nav de website denken een mooi verzorgd ecologische resort aan te treffen: Ga hier niet heen!!! Het is niet meer dan een drukke, volle camping met oude bungalows en apart gelegen hotel. Hieronder zie je de foto's voor een idee van de zogenaamde luxe 🙄
