ベイモント バイ ウィンダム プエブロ(Baymont by Wyndham Pueblo)

When I got to my booked room, it smelled of smoke. I sat on the bed and something broke and 2 pieces of brown plastic. I pulled back the covers to reveal a stained sheet. The night manager was very helpful and moved me to a new room. Unfortunately, someone on the floor was smoking in their room and I could smell it in my new room. After many stays, the only bad experience, however, was not a pleasant stay this time.

Very good stay with Baymont and the nightly rate was great. The staff was very kind and hotel was clean and comfortable.

Just got here. Clean, comfortable, can hear kids playing in the pool, but it doesn’t bother me. Two restaurants next door so easy to get dinner. The gentleman who checked me in was kind, expedient, and professional. I would stay here again.

The people are always friendly. We stay at this motel often so we have got to know the people there. Always very friendly and helpful.

No complaints. It was a quiet, comfortable, relaxing weekend getaway for us. The 2 restaurants, walking distance, right in their parking lot was super convenient.

We been coming here for years. But the customer service is getting pretty bad. The lady we talked to when we first arrived has been her most of our visits. She is getting pretty hard to deal with. I think it’s time we find a new motel for our next visit. The rooms could use some deep deep cleaning. They are getting pretty run down.

The locarion was convenient. The room was very worn looking and not that clean. The are was sketchy, seemed not that safe.

I loved my stay. The only thing that I did not like was the bathroom near the breakfast spot is locked! Two people in a room and once in a while u need the other bathroom open!!

The room we had was comfortable and not "squeezed." I enjoyed the free morning breakfast as it offered waffles, yogurt, microwavable breakfast sandwiches, a variety of fruits, cereals, etc. The driveway exit/entrance area (shared with a restaurant) could use some repaving, but the location is pretty easy access to shopping, the highway, other dining options, etc.
