This hotel was super nice, everything was upgraded and the bed was very comfortable. I stayed in a smaller room on first floor and I did not notice much noise from other guest. There was toilet treat bag I really appreciated it since my friend and I did not bring any toothpaste. The food for breakfast was delicious, it had everything coffee, fruit, meats, cheese, bread, juice, yogurt, eggs. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The cooks were all top notch, and girls at the lobby were super helpful with directions and tips. Everyone spoke English which is very helpful. This hotel also offer tours and they are amazing. My friend and I did two, and our experience was out of this world. The food in the boat was the best food in the island. And the staff was so nice and attentive always making sure you could ask for things without getting up, just a great experience in paradise of Galapagos island.

The location is perfect, walking distance to everything, and clean. Very nice rooms and a refreshing pool. The staff is excellent and Bryon went out of his way to make sure we were well taken care of. They serve a very good breakfast and there is plenty of it.

The hotel staff was very friendly and communicative. The room was very nice, completely clean. The mattresses were very comfortable and soft. They have a station to recharge your water bottles before going out to do any activity, I really appreciate that. The key was a very easy-to-use bracelet and you could carry it everywhere without losing it just by placing it on your arm. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and I would definitely return to book my next stay here.

The location of the newly refurbished hotel is perfect, very close to the main street, pier and food kiosks. Breakfast starts early at 6AM so you can make it before you leave for the many island boat tours. Digital bracelets enable front door entrance, room and safe access. Good A/C, TV and WiFi connection. There is a small fridge in the room, along with refillable water bottles that you can fill besides the pool (there is also a coffee station). Also, there are a couple of cloth backpacks, you can get some groceries from the supermarket by the pier. Byron and Marco made sure we were comfortable and also fulfilled our transport to Baltra airport.

Located a block off the main road, the property offers simple accommodations, friendly staff, and a decent breakfast. You are within walking distance of everything in town, including the beach. We didn’t give it a 5 because there was an issue with our sink and we didn’t get the pickup from the airport promised.

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Santa Fe on October 23rd. This beautiful hotel offers incredibly warm and friendly service. During my stay, I took part in a tour organized by the hotel to Plaza Sur Islet, where we had the opportunity to see medium-sized sharks, numerous sea lions, a variety of bird species, and breathtaking landscapes. The luxury boat we traveled on added to the experience, and our guide was not only knowledgeable but also proficient in English. The delicious food provided during the tour was the cherry on top. I highly recommend Hotel Santa Fe for an unforgettable experience. 5 stars!
