Excelente ubicacion. Muy buen servicio, pero la verdad eria ideal actualizar las instalaciones.

Nos han tratado estupendamente .. la habitación amplia y con una terraza estupenda.. hemos llevado un perrito y ha estado como en casa.. sin duda volveremos

Excellent location, this hotel is lovely, clean and tidy, the restaurant has plenty of variations of food for breakfast and dinner, the staff are excellent and very polite and helpful nothing too much trouble, located on the sea front so excellent views from our room. happy hour 5-6pm bonus

Just back from this hotel we were there for four days after cruise this hotel is so central to everything on the coast with the atlantic waves rolling in hotel could do with revamp but the room we had on premier room basis was immaculate witn a veranda with a view to the waves rolling in room no 1009 couldnt fault it staff are great restaurant a bit hit and miss but bloody marys or champars for breaky cant be bad and peurto de la cruiz is a great place everything handy mcds chinese all types of places to eat and drink would highly reccomend hotel and place

Reception staff on every occasion excelled in their professionalism and their welcome, a credit to the Las Vegas. Blonde girl (Leila I think sorry) was so helpful. Complimentary water on arrival nice. Maids kept room clean and tidy towels changed daily (as requested) Room nice plenty hot water. Bed not changed for 10 days though. When it was had sheet with holes in it. Though the shampoo, shower gel, conditioner on wall is great idea, container was often empty or full of water. Needs checked. Entertainment staff Cheryl Maria Mailyn Marco and Aaron really good at their job and friendly whilst involving guests in daily poolside activities. Not too keen on evening entertainment though magician and one male singer were quite good. Breakfasts were excellent not too keen on evening meals. Dining staff “mostly” friendly and very efficient. As others say hotel does need an update.

Excellent hotel and highly recommended. The staff are very friendly and all speak English. Breakfast buffet was brilliant with the same wide selection of food every morning including complimentary Prosecco and Smirnoff Bloody Mary’s. Dinner was excellent too with a different choice of freshly cooked food every evening. We were half board so didn’t have lunch at the hotel but plenty in the local area within a five minute walk if you are staying local. The rooms are a little dated but perfectly comfortable and spotlessly clean - that’s the worst thing I can say about this hotel. Live music/singing/entertainment every evening and poolside activities everyday but not in an intrusive way. Central location two minutes from the coast and old town. Plenty going on in the area but very quiet rooms and balconies- we had a Mountain View, not a sea view. Free land train to Loco Parque every 20 minutes from outside the hotel avoiding the €7 parking charge at Loco Parque. Late night mini supermarket and Spar next door to the hotel and larger supermarket two streets away in the shopping centre. The hotel does not have any car parking but this wasn’t a huge problem. We hired a car and found municipal underground parking two streets away underneath Burger King/shopping centre. It’s €37 for 24 hours but the hotel staff told us about the €50 ticket for 14 days. You must enter and take a ticket from the left hand lane, park on level -2 or -3 and then take the ticket to the ticket desk in the car park to validate it for the €50 deal. This is a wonderful hotel made very special by the kindness of the staff. We had a room with a balcony and sea view which we loved. As has been said before, there is a noisy bar across from the hotel but the noise stops just after 11. We loved sitting on the balcony in the morning looking at the sea and Puerto de la Cruz waking up for the day. The food was perfect and of an excellent quality. The room was ideal for a seaside hotel. On my birthday I was surprised by a bottle of cava left in my room. A lovely surprise. This is our second visit and we will return.

Lovely stay here. Basic but very comfortable, felt relaxed. Bed very comfy. Balcony room. No kettle but bought my own. Dining buffet style food exceeded my expectations very good indeed. Black pudding at breakfast. Cooking stations in evening with good choices. Very central to resort.
