Very big rooms, amazing staff, the manager was very helpful, open and friendly. The property close to the beach. The area is perfectly clean and quiet. You can walk at evening without worrying. We felt safe walking at evening. The bus stop 2 steps away. Easy commuting and also the car rental is cheap. You can walk to the airport along the beach and just enjoy. Highly recommended!

最初から最後まで素晴らしい滞在でした。海を見下ろす素晴らしいアパートメント。広々としていて、5つ星ではありませんが、5つ星の料金は払っていません。非常に清潔で、静かなリゾートに理想的に位置しています。活気のあるプエルト デル カルメンは徒歩わずか 15 分または短い距離です。バスに乗って2人で2ユーロ80。おそら**れの最も良い点は、私たちがこれまでに持っていた最高のホストだったマネージャーのディーンであり、私たちはよく遠出します。私たちをアパートに案内し、どこにでもあったのですが、小さな問題がありましたトイレは緩んでいましたが、すぐに修正されました。素晴らしい男を残したので、タクシーを予約してくれました。とてもフレンドリーで、素晴らしい時間を過ごせました。ありがとう。

私たちは12月の初めにクラブpocillosで1週間過ごしました。そこに行くのは2回目でした。私たちはアパートメントと素晴らしい海の景色を望む大きなテラスがとても気に入っています。アパートメントは本当に良い大きさで、滞在に必要なものがすべて揃っていました。周辺エリアには素敵なレストランもあります。レセプションで働いている人たちはとても親切で、ディノには特別な配慮があり、どんなことでもすぐに対応してくれます。この場所を本当にお勧めします。

The apartment (18) we stayed in was very spacious and had a view of the sea . Check in was smooth even though we were late arriving. Dean is very attentive and can help with anything. Room 18 is a 2 bed appt but we only had access to one bedroom.Furniture is older and bathroom needs a new bath and ceiling painted.However the appt was very clean and spacious with a private little porch area protected from the Lanzarote winds.A small pool out the back is ample to jump in to cool down or sit at side and dangle legs in, but the area is very small and overlooked by a small road. on the plus side it is very small as only shared by about 8 appts.We ate out at all times with a breakfast as little as £4 so never used adequate kitchen in room.Pubs and restaurants only 5 mins walk to the east into matador side or lovely 30 min walk takes you to puerto del carmen..all flat which is very important, as in puerto del carmen there are a few steep hills back from the beach.£5 for a taxi back at night from PDC, and £20 to the airport. All in all we had a lovely stay at a very budget price which is a reflection of the appt needing a wee bit of TLC.Location is 10/10 cleanliness was 10/10 Staff 10/10 appt is 7.5/10/.We will go back. Stayed for one week 19/26 march 2024, although a little dated there was everything we needed for self catering. the apartments are in a great location, beach across the road, spar and a few restaurants/bars 50 metres away, 20 minutes walk or short bus ride away to the main ***** in PDC. Apartments manager Dean was very welcoming and was very helpful, we are looking at staying here again next year ( if not before ) 😎

Very welcoming manager. We stayed here for 11 nights, a very warm welcome, shown to our apartment, guided round it, shown the local amenities, nothing was to much trouble for him. The apartment was clean, the beds were really comfortable, towels changed regularly. This is in an ideal position for the beach, buses, restaurants and supermarkets. If you have walking difficulties you need to be on the ground floor in one of the 4 rooms at the front, otherwise there are a lot of stairs. We had a very good stay here, but unfortunately due to the stairs we are unable to return.

The apartment was of a poor standard and in desperate need of a refurbishment , body hair on the floor, and housekeeping generally poor , no shampoo or soap. Dean on reception was most pleasant. However, we would have never stayed there if we knew the above The location was a little isolated, although it did have a nice sea view.

Dean was absolutely fantastic and couldn’t do enough for us. We arrived late but he was in contact and came back to meet us when we arrived. We had everything we needed in the apartment. Slept great. You can use the pool around the corner in the other hotel, path way has lights along it. Bus stop is extremely close which brings you either direction for a low fare.
