A very large resort a small supermarket but if not all inclusive would be a problem as to getting cabs to the local town could get expensive Night life for kids good but adults cannot even seat outside in the evening s with a drink as pool bar closes at 6 pm Unless you go to the payable restaurants and champs sports bar not very good if paid for all inclusive We was in block 7 but as there are still steps to the lift if getting on a bit would be a problem as me and my wife 70 and 65 years Overall as we had our son his wife and 3 small grandchildren but they 4 minutes walk away why we wasn’t put nearer each other one would never know but we did not book at the same time they were near the reception and dinning room but did have a few cockroaches in there room trying to use the microwave Overall good resort large pools

We returned from this hotel, after a week, yesterday. We hired a car at the airport and to be honest, if you’re staying here, you need one! There is nothing, close by apart from the hotel. The resort of Teguise is probably a forty minute walk but you can get a bus from outside the hotel. The room was lovely, recently renovated with loads of space, a large balcony too and we had paid for a sea view. We also had a fabulous view of the power station with smoke coming out of the chimneys …. not sure how healthy that is! The cleaning was hit and miss, you couldn’t walk barefoot on the floor because it definitely wasn’t cleaned properly. It was all a bit of a rush job, make the bed, change the towels , that’s it. We were half board and the food was the worst bit. Unless you got to the restaurant for 6.30 ish you ended up queuing for a table, not what you want on holiday. The food was worryingly cool and we avoided meat for safety reasons. Salad was very basic and the food in general wasn’t that great. Breakfast was better but stuff like bacon and sausages looked a bit grim, we had mainly dry stuff and fruit. Even the yogurt was in big bowls, uncovered with people breathing over it and dipping in… yum The island of Lanzarote has improved so much since our last visit, ten years ago , we drove all over and it’s so beautiful and unspoiled. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday but I think we will rent an apartment next time.

Booked & stayed for 9 nights in Late January, very pleased all round. Food was plentiful, plates were hot, selection was marvellous, nothing to complain about. Reception Staff were brilliant, cleaning Lady was full of personality, bar staff were good. Location was perfect one Euro to get into Town on the bus or four Euros in taxi and all were similar. Great walk along the promenade to Costa Teguise Town 50 metre pool was well worth the 3 Euro charge, lots of activity in the day, evening entertainment did show some great Artists, especially the 3 singers. All in All I cannot wait to return. 5++++++++++++++++

A second visit for me. I first visited this hotel over Xmas with a friend; I enjoyed it so much I booked to return on my birthday as a solo. The gym and classes are fabulous as I would expect from an “active” hotel. Rafael was my favourite instructor; full of energy, super friendly and always making sure your form was correct when carrying out each exercise. The pool was freezing at the start of my holiday but as the weather got hotter it was very much needed. I have seen a lot of comments about the cold pool, to be expected when it’s not mega hot 🥵. Rooms are spacious and clean. Beds and pillows are super comfy. Evening entertainment I can’t comment on as opted for early nights with my book. Food was good, not super hot, tricky when you’re dealing with a mass production buffet. They had microwaves if you wanted to heat your food up. In all a lovely hotel, something for everyone. Good value for money especially as a solo traveler. The only grumble I have is the green light on the air con wall control at night. It directly hits the mirror on the opposite wall which makes it even worse. I will remember to bring an eye mask next time I visit.

The entertainment team were brilliant special shout out to Rebeca and Richie in their classes and the nighttime entertainment they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and have a great time Richie had us in pieces with laughter with his enthusiasm in the competitions my boyfriend couldn’t stop laughing this made our night, Rebeca was non stop classes don’t know how she does it all, she was always smiling and having a great time with everyone! Highly recommend the more you get stuck in the more you get out of this resort and you feel like you really get to know the entertainment team.

Stayed here with the family, we loved the entertainment team. Richie and Alex especially made us feel really comfortable and were great at including everyone in the activities. The cockroaches weren’t pleasant but other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Had a fantastic time. Rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. Food was great even for me as gluten intolerant. Buffet staff really helpful. Chef was happy to make pizza or pasta GF for me if I wanted it but the choice was so good I don’t need it. Exercise options were fab. Pilates with Hannah, dancing and Darts with Alex, Aqua gym with Richie. The entertainment /exercise staff were brilliant and so friendly couldn’t fault them. Will definitely return with the family.

Bed, TV, rep, reception, restaurant staff were all fantastic. I came on my own and have asked questions of the reception, the gym, the restaurant and the rep and everyone, without exception, has been super helpful. I lost something and they found it, the gym instructor did a class we wanted rather than the scheduled one, everything was beautifully clean and nothing was too much trouble.

AMAZING the experience and staff are top class and the entertainment was out of this world.If I were you I would pick all exclusive is the best part of my holiday.If your a sporty person don’t worry they have an Olympic pool and a top class cycling facility
