First time visit to lanzarote, wonderful stay in excellent hotel and complex, on arrival reception professional, friendly and very helpful, room and facilities perfect, clean and comfortable with great air conditioning, breakfast efficient good quality and service,good choices, enjoyable, pool area perfect, good bar during the afternoon, particular thanks to Andrea for working so hard and was always very friendly. Would have no hesitation in recommending or returning, thank you for making our stay totally enjoyable

Our second visit to Ilunion Costa Sal Lanzarote, and another lovely experience here. Great location, near to beach and shops and restaurants. Spotless complex!.. Missed not having the English TV channels available this year, and maybe a better offering in the supermarket on site could be considered... our thanks to the Reception team and fantastic Cleaning Staff.

We love these apar**ents and will continue to visit twice a year.They are absolutely spotless clean. We love their situation in Matagorda as we love to walk everywhere. However there are 2 bus stops just outside which are good to travel to other towns

Spent a lovely relaxing week here, staff all very friendly and helpful. Villa was well maintained and plenty of room to chill out. Would definately recommend it to friends and family.

Overall a great stay and would readily look to return. We took the B&B option and breakfast was ample with good attentive staff. Only negative minor observations to note were the lack of English speaking TV channels in the rooms and annoying habit of customers reserving sun loungers early (9.00am) and not using until late afternoon. Hotel need to address this. But overall an excellent stay

Spent 10 days in Puerto del Carmen with our family and had 3 days booked in Costa Sal when they went home . We had been there a few times during the previous management and loved it. We arrived at 11.30 having checked out of our previous hotel at 11 and we were told by the receptionist that check in is normally 3-4 but she would try and get our room earlier. That was no problem and we went for lunch then a drink at the pool bar . The pool area has had a fab upgrade since our last visit and we were very happy to wait to check in . My husband went to reception to collect our keys to be told we were upgraded to the best room in the house, and they weren’t wrong ! Room 607 … luxury villa just fabulous. Everything we needed and more . Even a hot tub ! Thank you so much you made the last few days of a great holiday even better. Reception staff, restaurant staff and cleaning staff all top class . Amazing stay

Great hotel with good service, friendly staff and excellent rooms. Given it was April, the hotel was very peaceful and enabled a relaxing break. I found the staff at front desk were welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was basic though not much variety/change each day - still was good IMO with fresh food, and only once noticed some thing was not replenished quickly. The gym is basic but adequate and not busy when I was there. The restaurant/bar was slightly below average, as I found food was not that tasty and generally overpriced for what it is. Plus the service needed to be asked for rather than given, and once having incorrect change given by staff. Admittedly, some of the staff in restaurant/bar were better, so its inconsistent.

Me and my husband are just back from 10 days. We have to say its the nicest place we've stayed in lanzarote the pool area is beautiful and really clean. The food is amazing, your told your room is cleaned every second day but ours was cleaned everyday. The staff are really helpful and friendly, overall 10/10 we are booking to go back in August and can't wait

First stay since Illunion took over hotel, still as nice as previous stays, staff really helpful & friendly. Rooms clean & spacious, main pool area beautiful. It’s just a lovely place 1st time we’ve used breakfast buffet as it was included in price. It’s fine, but needs improving to bring it up to the rest of the quality of the hotel. Food could be warmer, & not replenished as often as should be. Eggs made to order from kitchen just takes too long. Should have an egg station in buffet area to speed up the timings & free up the other staff to concentrate on replenishing the buffet area.
