プエルトイグアスの朝食付きホテル

Lo bueno: todo el personal muy amable y super atento, las cervezas y la comida deliciosas. Lo malo: las habitaciones nada que ver, al principio nos colocaron en una con mucho olor a humedad, pero nos cambiaron a otra mejor, sabemos que por la ubicación es algo difícil de controlar pero por el costo de la habitación pueden colocar unificadores o algo para mejorar. Es muy muy oscuro el cuarto y la tele muy chica y a demasiada altura para el tamaño tan pequeño. Se escucha absolutamente todo en las habitaciones de al lado. No pudimos dormir porque podíamos escuchar perfectamente el ronquido de los huéspedes vecinos. La piscina estaba en remodelación, cosa que no nos avisaron. Llegamos de noche al hotel y no sabíamos cual era la entrada ya que no está señalizado y es totalmente oscuro el ingreso al mismo. En la noche no se ve absolutamente nada.

The hotel setting in the middle of the jungle and with wonderful outside design, swimming pools and landscaping is a Must. It is the best value for money option if you don't want to pay usd500 or usd 700 per night in Iguazu! Good food, very wide and complete bed rooms. Tiki bar service is under average. The common areas and inside dining rooms and living rooms need extra decor: they are huge and curtains pillows and rugs under all seating places would make it mucho cozier. Would stringly suggest to keep contact with nature a priority and put off all music in common areas. Personal is very polite and friendly. Overall Loi Suites offers a marvelous nature setting and a very good choice for family and friends sharing vacation in one of the seven wonders of the world

The hotel is in a funny location, nestled amongst houses in what is a completely residential neighbourhood. But, it's a pretty easy 10 minute walk to the centre of town, where there are plenty of places to eat. The guy who checked us in was lovely and spoke very good English, which was helpful for us, but he was sooooo incredibly slow! We had a driver from the airport who dropped us to the hotel, and then was going to take us back to the falls. She waited at least half an hour while we dropped our bags and registered. (As it was early, and as expected, the room wasn't yet ready). The roof top pool was nice with views, particularly as a storm blew through, but it was a funny colour. Our room was a decent sized triple, and was ok. It was clean enough, but the room and bathroom both felt dated despite the hotel not really appearing to be that old. The lifts felt a bit dodgy though, and were often out of service, and the cooling in hallways and some other public spaces was ineffective to non-existent. Breakfast was included, and again was just ok. We wanted to stay close to the centre of town, and this hotel ticked that box at a reasonable price. There are probably better options a bit out of town with a more resort-type vibe, which is not what we wanted. I wouldn't rush back here, but it served its purpose for this trip.

We used this hotel as part of a visit to the Iguazo Falls. When you arrive the hotel looks nice but unfortunately it is only skin deep. The check in process for our group of 13 couples was unbelievably tedious and made so complicated by the hotel itself. Once we eventually got our room key the disappointment hit. The corridor carpet was absolutely disgusting with stains everywhere - not a good start! Once we entered the room it was like going back in time. The room was big and furnished in dark wood that looked like it was installed in 1970. The air conditioner was mounted on the wall and all the electrics were hanging out. Not sure that would pass a safety test. The bathroom was big but again it looked like a 1970’s install. The shower just had a nozzle that had no holes in it so the water just poured out in one lump. Overall it was one star at best. The restaurant was dire with no one understanding English which made everything quite difficult. We ordered dinner and waited and waited and waited. Eventually the food arrived which was lukewarm - my wife returned her burger and told them to not bother with a replacement as she had lost her appetite. Breakfast the next morning was also pretty dire with a weird selection of food. All in all this was one of the worst hotels I have stayed in! My advice would be to find somewhere else if going to the falls.

The hotel is set in lovely grounds with a very nice pool area. The rooms are big and the bed is very comfortable. There are a few restaurants within walking distance. Ponta Ar is particularly good. The restaurant in the hotel , Caviar, and the pool bar are both a real letdown. The menu is very limited and the food is not cooked well. We had steak and although tasty was very chewy. The drinks menu is very limited basically wine, beer, gin or rum. The is no bar as this seems to have been taken over by a huge tv constantly playing football games, so you have to find someone if you want a drink and they will get it from the restaurant.
