Stayed two nights as part of an Iguazu Falls tour. Popular hotel with tour companies. Large bus loads of people coming and going. Rooms are fine. We had four rooms that faced the back garden and were shaded from the sun. One had the sun all day and was super hot, as you must leave your key in the slot for the A/C to function. Understandable, as electricity is expensive. But takes some time to cool the room off. The rooms could use a little tlc. The walls in my room were in serious need of a paint job. The room was not cleaned while we were out. Guessing they don't clean if only staying two nights. The pool area is great. The pool was heated. Pool towels are available. It did get very busy as I was leaving. The negative was the restaurant. They have two sittings 8 pm and 9 pm. Service is incredibly slow. We ordered around 8:10 and got our good around 9:20. We also ordered a couple bottles of wine from the wine list which had 25 different bottles. The server didn't say anything, but come to find out, they had three bottles available. Just say that instead of letting us order from this extensive list, when those bottles are not available. I felt very bad for the family with three young children that came for the 9 pm sitting, and were still waiting for their food when I left the restaurant around 10:30. There were only two female servers, but about five guys standing around doing nothing. When our bills finally came, they were completely screwed up. Not one was correct. After waiting for 15 minutes, I finally told the manager at the front desk to have the bill for me to sign when it was correct, and I went to bed, as we had an early morning. It was corrected when i checked out. The breakfast buffet is mediocre at best. Some cheese and meats, watery eggs, watery runny yogurt. It is way out of town. No other restaurant within walking distance. On our way back to the hotel after the Brazil side tour, we had the guide drop us in town for a late lunch. Ate at La Rueda, which was excellent. So, just plan on taking a taxi to town for dinner. Avoid the hotel restaurant.

This hotel is fine. We travelled as a family and had four rooms. They were all different. One was large, one was a bit dirty, one was upstairs with no elevator. One had difficulty closing the windows to keep the bugs out. But, overall it was a fine stay. The breakfast had a nice variety. The lunch food at the restaurant was a pleasant surprise. Everything was great! The grounds are pretty and the pool was fine. It is a short taxi ride to town and an easy trip to the Falls. It worked out fine for our two night stay to visit the Falls.

Hotel staff is excellent, rooms clean, bed comfortable. Breakfast was a pass lot of choices not interesting. Ground pretty, nice pool area with small play area for children. Common areas very clean. Breakfast buffet included restaurant serves dinner lunch snack bar vegetable pie good.

Estuvimos alojados a fines de Agosto , nuestra experiencia fue excelente , la calidad y calidez de los chicos de recepción, las opciones para aprovechar al.maximo el Hotel, la habitación, impecable con sus impecables instalaciones y excelente caudal y temperatura del agua , excelente desayuno con variedad de opciones, hermoso salón, se puede almorzar y cenar el menú del dia realmente económico o la variedad a la carta , en 2 dia fue el cumpleaños de mi sra y nos sorprendieron con una torta y el feliz cumpleaños, spa, hermosa pileta, salones descanso, áreas para caminar , en mi caso excelente wifi y como broche nos cambiaron por los controladores aéreos el regreso y en minutos estaba todo solucionado , gracias Maxi y sus compañeros que nos hicieron sentir como en casa , tenes que ir, sobre la.ruta fácil acceso a su vez silencioso y con mucho transporte. Altamente recomendable y espectacular relación precio calidad .

Hermoso lugar rodeado de naturaleza, tranquilo y con accesos cercanos a diferentes atractivos, fuimos atendidos muy bien en recepción por Mariano y Nahuel, y en desayuno y almuerzo por Gladys con una calidez inmensa, gracias! Super recomendable Visitamos a pie Güira Oga y Aripuca. Fuimos en taxi al centro 4,5km y retornamos en colectivo local paseando x los barrios. Visitamos Wanda y conocimos el Parque Nac y nos maravillosos con las cataratas.

Me gustó lo lindo que es el hotel, tranquilo, la naturaleza y lleno de paz. La atención muy linda, sobretodo de Gladys quien nos atendió en el restaurante, la comida riquísima, Nahuel y mariano de recepción y la atención en general
