After reading such great reviews, I was a bit underwhelmed. Our room was simple but had the necessities. The lobby, restaurants, and grounds were all nice. Unfortunately, we had loud music playing outdoors during our first night, well past midnight. Also, check out is earlier than most places (10 am).

No wonder that the hotel was twice elected best hotel in Argentina. The location is of course unbeatable. But the service is also amazing. From the huge pool there is a wonderful view on the falls. Different restaurants/bars including a roof top bar. Big advantage is, that hotel guests can be at the falls before the masses arrive, Only thing to criticize is the fact that in the evenings the smoke from the BBQ makes it really unpleasant to sit outside.

Everything was excellent, as you would expect at a 5 stars hotel. The kid's Jungle Club deserves a special mention. Their activities and personnel made our stay memorable. The special activities regarding Easter came as charming surprise. Many many thanks!

We stayed here for two nights while visiting Iguazu Falls. The staff was courteous and helpful. The property is very nice. They have a lot of amenities including pool, workout room, spa, and indoor pool. The restaurant in the bar is good and reasonably priced. On our last day, they allowed us to check out at 2 PM which was a real help to us. The room is comfortable and well appointed. I would stay here again.

hotel is very beautiful and impressive , just breakfast is simple and need more options . rooms are clean and big . staff are supportive and friendly .internet is not so good but fair .location is fantastic and i enjoyed from all things . i love it

The best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The staff went above and beyond. The pool is clean and the rooms are immaculate. Very safe place to stay and so much entertainment. I will hopefully come back here again one day. Thank you so much!

It’s a beautiful hotel . Food had very little choice for Asian tourists. We found no availability of tea/ coffee makers in the room very absurd. One doesn’t always feel like running 3 floors down to a coffee shop to have a cup in the morning ! We were charged for a kettle of hot water :(

Wow, this place was spectacular. I can't imagine staying anyplace else. It is a resort in every sense of the word, with spacious and luxurious rooms, a fantastic swimming pool, a nice restaurant and bar, and top-notch service. As a bonus, it has a ****** and a dinner theater. We saw the tango show on our night there and it was really well done. My only regret is that we were really only there to see the waterfalls and didn't have a chance to enjoy all the amenities they had to offer. I do want to offer special commendation to the staff, who were so welcoming and helpful. They arranged for all our taxis and gave us a very late checkout, which allowed us to enjoy our day trip to the Falls and change clothes afterwards.

Nice and profesional staff, always willing to help. Excellent bedding, spa and pool. High quality food and service in both restaurants. The garden is huge and well kept. A pleasure to the eyes. Highly recommended!

The hotel is VERY close to the Brazilian side of Iguazu Falls. Beautiful pools, stunning lobby, a delicious welcome drink upon arrival, concierge, English-speaking staff available, marble floors everywhere, huge rooms that can connect, travel booking office, free breakfast buffet. There are some tell-tale signs of dated carpet and minor repairs needed, but especially when booked as a package flight through AMEX, it was a bargin! The money we saved not staying in the parks allowed us to afford a private guide and AC car who whizzed us through the park entrance. The hotel is also connected to a ******. The only real flaws were no channels on cable available other than Spanish. Another minor glitch was the electric dor keys that kept not working. The minibar was great, small refrigerator, huge bathroom with jacuzzi tub (watch the slippery floors), and spa services . But, who needs to stay in a room with pools, casinos, and the Falls at your door. We would stay again if we visited. PS IGR Airport is new, fresh, easy, and clean.

Booked for a single room but end up in two rooms forced by the hotel or so ending up spending double the amount expected. The rooms were roomy and sort of clean. But for the level of hotel that is has really bad service I have ever experienced. Some part of bathroom can observe mold though.

I recently stayed at the hotel, a property that claims to be a 5-star establishment. I booked the hotel with high expectations, thinking it would provide the best experience. I am extremely disappointed to discover that the hotel charged for hot water. This became a significant concern for me as I was experiencing a sore throat and needed hot water for relief. When I requested a kettle to have hot water in my room, I was shocked to hear that the hotel did not provide kettles. Instead, they offered to send just one cup of hot water and charge for it separately.

Excellent stay at the hotel, staff did their best so that we have a wonderful 4 day vacation. Good beds, hot water, enough restaurants. Everything was perfect! They arrange ground transportation if needed
