I would not stay at this hotel! ABSOLUTELY NOT ! This is the worst hotel I have ever had to stay. The rooms were old and buggy (we experienced 3 of them) they had raid and air freshener on the coffee table. There were open, used water bottles in the fridge. Besides all that, which happens from time to time, There is one basic thing you would think that a hotel should give you and that is RUNNING WATER. When we checked into this hotel, which was late at night, it was in a creepy section of town , the restaurant was not open there was no bar it was dark and they put us in a room which was extremely old but that being said there was no running water. They brought us to a second room after we had to walk through the hotel and tell them and again there was no water in that one. We tried the third room and the sink sort of worked a little but it would give you about 30 seconds of water, and then it would be off for a few minutes and the flushes you’d have to wait 10 minutes in between. We had to stay because it was late and we had no were else to go. I got up the next morning to shower and again the shower only had ice cold water and gave you a few seconds and that would stop then you’d have to wait a few minutes in between to turn it back on to get ice cold water just for a few seconds.

Totally disappointed in this place we checked in at night and had to move rooms three times the first one the toilet didn’t work and there was no cold water at the sink. The second one the toilet didn’t work the third one the shower didn’t work and the toilet didn’t work. It was a nightmare and the hotel refuses to refund one night because we checked out a day early. They said they were sorry and will comp a room next time we come back there not exactly going back.

The hotel was small and cozy. It featured a group of small units throughout a landscaped courtyard. The staff was quit friendly and helpful. The restaurants on site were excellent - great service and excellent food. The location is very quite yet fairly close to town.

Lovely little hotel, clean rooms, comfortable beds, fridge in room, excellent restaurant (we only had the amazing meats!) and wine selection. Air con worked well in room, was definitely needed. Quite low water pressure in shower and tap. Wifi dropping sometimes but good signal when on. Beautiful trees providing a lot of shade in garden and over the pool most of the day. Location is 10min walk from Hito Tres Fronteras but a little far to walk to the center although we didn’t need to as restaurant was amazing. Only additional service we used was laundry: about 5USD equivalent for a whole load. My overall rating: 3 for hotel and 5 for restaurant, hence 4.

The property was clean and convenient. The food was incredible. The staff were wonderful.

A very nice, quiet and well acomodated hotel. Beautiful garden. Located a bit out of the city center, yet close to a bus stop. Rooms are clean and spacious. The breakfast was good but... always the same. Excellent restaurant where you can dine near the swimming pool. The staff was nice but....not very present at the reception and they could be providing more information (eg, restaurant schedule, maps, general info.) Also the hotel could be a bit refreshed...but it's charming.

Great location, good restaurant, nice pools, very responsive staff.
