Upon arrival my reservation was not found so my transportation vehicle was not allowed to enter. I was bounced around to the other sister properties until they found the reservation. We had to head back to the Ventus Ha to find our room on our own and it was late at night . They do not offer wifi if you use ********** to book the rooms and wanted to charge me $60 USD for wifi , this should have been offered as a courtesy for the mishap of checking in . The concierge is unable to help you book private transportation back the airport, they will only arrange for a taxi to pick you up . This specific hotel is not on the beach , you have to cross over to the sister property for beach access and the beach area is a very limited space . The food, drinks and waiter service was excellent at every location . The hotel is super clean and the cleaning staff did an amazing job cleaning our room .
