ベントス ハ アット マリーナ エル シド スパ & ビーチ リゾート - オールインクルーシブ(Ventus Ha at Marina El Cid Spa & Beach Resort - All Inclusive)

Upon arrival my reservation was not found so my transportation vehicle was not allowed to enter. I was bounced around to the other sister properties until they found the reservation. We had to head back to the Ventus Ha to find our room on our own and it was late at night . They do not offer wifi if you use ********** to book the rooms and wanted to charge me $60 USD for wifi , this should have been offered as a courtesy for the mishap of checking in . The concierge is unable to help you book private transportation back the airport, they will only arrange for a taxi to pick you up . This specific hotel is not on the beach , you have to cross over to the sister property for beach access and the beach area is a very limited space . The food, drinks and waiter service was excellent at every location . The hotel is super clean and the cleaning staff did an amazing job cleaning our room .

I loved the fact there are many different dining options. Although making reservations for dinner is very hard for large families. They incorporate nature in all the areas. They have viewing areas for wildlife like alligators and birds and turtles. Their nighttime shows are excellent!

Spotless everywhere, food was great in both the Mercado and each sit down restaurant. Our 3 daughters are bugging us to return already.

Lovely place to stay. The variety of food and restaurants is amazing. Staff are wonderful This was my 10th stay here and I am never disappointed

Very peaceful and quiet resort. Staff are polite helpful and friendly. Dining options are pretty good. Enjoyed the chef display diner at Kobo kobo restaurant. Overall a memorable experience. Would recommend.

Comfy beds, clean rooms. Amazing pools and food. All around great facility. But the best part is hands down the staff. The loveliest people. Kind, welcoming, make you feel at home. We will be back, I wish we could stay forever.

We liked everything except the waiting time for the advertised lobster on New Years Eve. Once we got it, it was also great. This was our 2nd time at Ventus Ha and we will probably go back again.

This was a very underwhelming experience that we had to make the best of. Check-in was pretty quick but the wait for a golf cart to take you to your room was very long. While waiting for our ride, membership sales tried to get us to sign up to attend a presentation. Not exactly what I wanted to be bombarded with after a long day of travel. Overall the property & rooms were clean but the room had a musty smell. Dinner reservations have to be made days in advance. I called 3 days prior to my arrival & the only availability was 9pm. We were stuck eating buffet for a few nights before I was finally able to get a reservation & even then was turned away because I forgot my reservation ticket and the host wasn’t able to find our reservation in their system. Finally got a reservation for Christmas dinner & we were served 4 shrimp as our meal and told we could get a salad from the salad bar. Room service food was horrible. A good meal was hard to come by. Most days we were just surviving. The Ruf was by far the best experience. The staff up there provide top tier service. This area is supposed to be adults only but it’s not enforced so there were kids up there quite often. The beach is an eye sore. There is a small area where it’s descent but there’s minimal seating so it’s always occupied. This was my first time vacationing in Mexico so I was a bit disappointed. I read the reviews prior to making my reservations but nothing prepared me for what I experienced.
