Returned to this resort after five years. Food is good. We went to the a la cartes most evenings and food was delicious and as it is quieter than main buffet. Would prefer to have evening cocktails in proper glassware... not paper. That was the main dissatisfier. Beach is larger than you realize.

We stayed at this resort for a short family vacation. Overall, it was a nice experience. The beach is lovely and the water was great. The restaurants are just OK and for my vegetarian daughter, the options were incredibly limited. Surprisingly, the Buffet never really had a specific vegetarian option. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The resort is in pretty good shape, but some of the rooms are a little bit worn and could use some updating. Both swimming pools were very nice. Gym is small but well equipped. The excursions off of the resort to the waterfalls was fantastic but we did not feel that the dirt buggy expedition was worth it. Overall a nice place for a few days.

Overall we truly enjoyed our experience! When we first arrived we were put in a room with dirty lamp shades, walls and shower curtain. On day our third day I contacted customer service and explained our concerns. They immediately put us in a much cleaner and pleasant room, I wish I hadn't waited! The only other issue is that in order to get a chair on the beach or by the pool you have to get up early, like 6 am, and place your towel or you are likely not to get chairs. The food choices were good at the buffet and the specialty restaurants were very good. The staff were all pleasant! There was a small mall nearby but there wasn't much there. There were not many shopping opportunities unless you took a tour. That being said, for the most part you could find anything you might need on property. Also, bring plenty of dollars, we were there eight days brought $200 and should have brought more. The A** and the exchange process costs a service charge and isn't convenient but bringing enough money would elevate this issue.

This resort was a pleasure to have been too. The food was amazing the staff was above excellent. I would recommend and return in the future.

Staff was smiling and nice. Waited so long to get our coffee or water and silverware. They might be short on staff but definitely need more staff at the buffet dining area. Other than this restaurants were good property and staff are great.

The check in and check out process.. the food was horrible.. the staff was not that friendly or accommodating.. the structure was old and dirty .. the absolute worst all inclusive resort I have stayed at in Dominican Republic..

Everything is nice except the food is terrible probably worse than school cafeteria food. I have to go to Pizza Hut to get some food. That’s how bad it was.
