とてもフレンドリーなスタッフ、食べ物は美味しく、プールとくつろげるエリアは素晴らしく、部屋は非常に大きく、裏にはプライベートガーデンがあります。間違いなくまたここに泊まります:)

ハイビスカス ガーデン インは、私が誓う秘密の花園です。ただただ美しいです！他に何もしたくなかったので、ただプールのそばにいて、庭園作りを楽しみました。私はすっかり気に入ってしまい、滞在期間が短すぎたことを後悔しています。 スタッフは礼儀正しくてとても親切です。そして部屋も清潔で綺麗です。文句はありません。とても美しいミニリゾートです。

We loved our stay. The beds are comfortable and the room is cool enough to have great sleep. The only issue I want to point out is the low water pressure and dirty swimming pool. Aside from that, everything went well and the staffs are very accommodating.

Simply lovely, amazing atmosphere, very nice pool, super friendly people and delicious food. The perfect place to relax for a couple of days!

Little oasis in Puerto Princesa. Staff is just amazing. Everyone’s been helpful from the moment we came through the door. Room was clean and very good size. Food was delicious and service even better. The pool area and the garden were something else. Simply beautiful and tranquil. I could spend weeks there :). We will never forget this place.

Such a welcoming oasis in the heart of town. Lovely check in, super clean and quiet rooms, tranquil gardens and a cooling pool. Plus, the restaurant with the stellar food (both evening means and the delicious breakfast options) overlooks it all. We are looking to come back and we're bringing friends with us this time to show it off. The front desk crew were really helpful and guided us to places we should go, plus there is a free shuttle to the airport. Great value for money and just the right amount of luxury after 'roughing it' in Balabac. Little wonder that I am more than happy to book again.

This is a real find, a wonderful little have of blissful gardens, nice clean big room with private terrace, garden table & chairs and hammock. The staff are warm and welcoming and the restaurant serves good quality food all day with a warm and friendly staff. Service is top quality. Couidbt ask for more and 100% will be back for hopefully a longer stay next year. Recommend the Club Sandwich & Fresh Watermelon juice:-). 5* for an amazing good value price.

We are very grateful to find this place in the heart of the city. While Palawan is already a bustling archipelago, Hibiscus Garden Inn is a rare gem for a peaceful and relaxing experience - it is very ideal for families like us who are looking for a spot to rest and slow down. The manager and staff took really good care of us. They were willing to accept us even in the middle of the night. And it's a pleasant surprise to arrive in a well-designed, clean, comfortable, and spacious room like theirs. Our family loved waking up in the morning to enjoy our hearty breakfast which is readily available in their restaurant - mind you, they have a full menu of local and International cuisine. All in all, I would say that my family would definitely come back at Hibiscus whenever we come again to Puerto Princesa City as it already been a home to us even for just 5 nights of staying. Thank you very much and keep it up!!!

This was such a great place to stay, we stayed twice! The staff were super helpful and friendly. They even ironed one of my shirts before I went out. I forgot some clothes I left out drying, they contacted me after I left and put them aside for my return. The women at the counter were happy to organise tours or shuttles to the airport. Nothing was too hard. The food was excellent. Our room was huge! Our bathroom was amazing. The pool was nice. The selection of Gins they make on their menu was very impressive. The location was close to the airport and town, but still quiet and peaceful.

A very comfortable 4 day stay in tranquil surroundings. Surprising since this little oasis is found in the heart of Puerto Princesa. Staff were all super friendly and helpful. Restaurant and bar were both a delight. Good food, cold beer! Pool was clean with comfortable sunbathing beds. Aircons super cold and quiet.

There are sterile, western style hotels here and also decent local inns, but this is better than either. It’s like a perfect tropical oasis off a somewhat busy side street. The rooms are large, beautiful, and immaculate. The staff is so kind, and they are on top of everything. The grounds are lovely and impeccably maintained. The a/c works great, in case you’re concerned. Plenty of hot water. Fridges in each room. Delicious food. Just great. There is a small and perfect pool with chairs in the water and along side it. Very posh and pristine. But the real treat is the call of local birds, mangoes dropping into my patio during a rain storm, and the scent of flora. I planned some tours from the USA, and they answered every email as close to right away as the time difference permits. Nothing has gone wrong. When I come back to Puerto Princesa, this is where I’ll stay.

Very nice hotel ! Super quiet although its neighborhood offers plenty of facilities (laundry, top massage salon, restaurants ... all in less than 5 min walk). Rooms are very big, air con top. Staff super friendly, garden very nicely decorated I strongly recommend the place

I went to the garden restaurant with a few friends .We were going to book stay for a few nights but decided to have a few drinks before. I was totally appaled by the service .The drink were good and so was the food, However the attitude of the servers was disgusting. They refused to get me extra servings of the garlic squid even if i was willing to pay for it. Whereas the service to other patrons was different. Maybe it was sue to my attire or my skin color or attire .MORAL:-IF YOUR A BROWN MAN WEARING SHORTS DO NOT VISIT.I will be travelling to Puerto Princessa again in Feb 25 from UK and this place is off my places to visit .This establishment gives a wrong message to all joints in Palawan which are very hospitable and accommodating.
