Wow, this place is truly magical. We really enjoyed every single moment of our journey here. We actually stayed at this resort for 4 nights and wanted to stay longer. Staff were always super helpful, kind and very polite from the very beginning. The food and drinks here are amazing. The view from our room was super beautiful. Do not hesitate to book at this resort. You won’t regret it at all. It’s completely worth it.

The hotel is close to the underground river tour. The staff are super helpful and friendly. The food was also very good. We got the premium room, which also had wonderful views of the ocean.

Lovely private getaway with my boyfriend. Private beach and rooms. Fantastic pool and service. All the staff were very helpful and friendly.

This resort is the ideal place for a romantic get away. It's small enough to provide an incredible personalised experience however large enough to offer the facilities you'd hope to have provided. The staff went out of their to. Meet all requests promptly and the management were great. I hope I have the pleasure of returning again very soon

Beautiful beach resort with excellent staff who were super attentive and kind. Every interaction with staff was very pleasant, including with people at front desk, at the restaurant and on our trip to the Underground River. Our lodging was comfortable and well maintained. But we didn’t spend too much time there because we spent most of our time at the beautiful beach, which is right there outside our doors. The food at the restaurant was very delicious. I enjoyed the breakfast options, which included traditional Filipino items like longnisa and tocino. Enjoyed the live music at dinner as well.

This hotel is part of our Philippines and Indonesia tour. One of the worst resorts we have ever been to. Declared as 4* but more like 2-3*. We definitely do not recommend anyone to drive here. Reviews of this hotel on Tripadvisor are mostly of two types. And interestingly, most of the positive reviews are from users who have 1-2 posts on their profile. We hereby salute the management of the hotel :-) and look at our profile, you will find that we travel quite often and are not as critical as this time. Advantages: - beautiful 1 km long beach - if you want to visit the underground river, the pier is only 300m away from the hotel - Surrounding nature - Nice terrace with sea view - The staff at restaurant and reception are trying to do theri best, but the “quality” of hotel facility are on very low level, so they can ‘t make it up for 4* hotel. Disadvantages: - the beach is beautiful, but you cannot swim in the sea due to big waves and undercurrents - The rooms are many, many years old and very worn, with a lot of scratches and holes, they are very dark (you have to turn on the light even during the day) - The doors or windows are not tighted enough and the rooms are really noisy due to the nearby beach - The air conditioning does not work as it should because there are large gaps in the windows and doors through which warm air flows into the room and insects fly in - In the bathroom, there is no hot water in the sink, very low water pressure and the shower head is clogged with limescale so that only three small trickles flow - There are sunbeds on the beach that are very uncomfortable and without the mattress that is in the hotel photos - Breakfast is divided into two parts - a la cart (6 dishes) and "buffet" - a choice of two types of bread (light and lighter), 3 types of cheap jams, butter, unripe watermelon, corn flakes, instant juice, coffee and tea (see photo) - Food is served on wooden plates that are heavily scratched from use. Which looks very unhygienic and disgusting - Very weak wifi Our tip: Bring plenty of mosquito repellent as they will feast on you. Since December, the 4 Points by Sheraton hotel has been opened approximately 100m next door, and if you want to visit this place, check out their website.
