We recently stayed at this hotel - 25th May for 7 nights as a family of 3 and my little girl is 7. Regarding sickness bug: my little girl got sick on night 5 and me on night 7. Worst sickness I've experienced, it was awful. I wasn't aware of the issue until reading these reviews so something needs to be done. The hotel and rep were great in changing bedding, cleaning aftermath of us both providing water, and organising a doctor, only because I was flying home following day. The hotel allowed us to keep the room on as there was no way I could've sat waiting in reception all day for our early evening collection. Thank you RIU you made a horrendous situation more bearable. I have had to take time off work sick and still recovering now 😔. We had friends go to Tenerife and got really poorly too so think it's doing the rounds unfortunately. Just be prepared, as you're advised to anyway when travelling abroad anywhere. On check in we were made to feel so welcome. The room was on 1st floor (128) and cannot fault the room, very spacious and beds were really comfortable ... i had the best nights sleep (until night 5). View was overlooking the Grand Amadores Thassolos Hotel so to the left of Amadores beach if looking out to sea. We had boulders in the view but it was ok as not planned to spend so much time in the room, but we did 😔. Food was really lovely and plenty choice so can't fault the food. Little deserts were amazing. The terrace outside has fabulous views and watching the sunset as you eat was just the best. Pool areas were great and kept very clean. No need to be up early to reserve a bed so that a big win. Entertainment during the day was fun, always something going on but you have to seek it so it's not in your face if you just want to relax. The water aerobics was brilliant and so much fun, I don't usually get involved but it's a must as music and atmosphere was addictive. Night entertainment was also great for the kids, and adults but I'm easily pleased and we just wanted to have a great holiday so it is what you make it. All of the staff are really friendly, accommodating and always with a smile. This is a great hotel and apart from sickness, which sadly really spoilt it for us , we had a fabulous first 4 days and met some wonderful people and my little girl made some great friends. We will definitely be back to make the most of this hotel as we lost 3 days out of the 7 and would stay longer than 7 days.

Just home from our holidallay at the marina suites.This was our third and last visit .The breakfasts were 2 star and that's generous!!!!!! Appalling,the bacon was congealed in a block all stuck together ,fatty and very under cooked ,all the bread was poor quality including the rolls and the cakes were stale ,the bananas were going bad and fruit flys on them !!! Very poor .My review isn't all bad,the select suite was lovely ,clean and comfortable.The pool is lovely ,but sunbeds are crammed together like sardines in a tin,my tip is to get balantine bed at no extra cost .I have no complaints about the staff and the hotel is central ,but don't expect a good breakfast

1階の206号室に12泊しました。私の部屋は本当に新鮮できれいでした。シャワーは素敵でパワフルでした。小さなキッチンエリアは非常に新しく、すべてが光沢があり、すべてがウェルでした私は考え出しました、そしてカトラリーとプレートはすべて新しいようです。ベッドリネンは質が高く、部屋は毎日非常に効率的に構成されました。私はレストランの真上でしたが、騒音は決して問題ではなく、夕方には本当に静かでした。ホテルの場所は騒しい中心部から離れていましたが、歩くのに十分に近いです。また、バス停や水上フェリーが近くにあるため、サラウンドを探索するのにも良い場所です..スイミングプールと屋上サンエリアも、すべてがちょうどいいことを確認するライフガードできれいです。レセプションのスタッフはとても親切で、いつも笑顔で、助けるためにできることをすべてします。ホテルの写真は、下の私の写真のように、プロパティの真の反映です!私はジェット2の休暇で旅行し、一人旅として、休暇はお金に見合う価値を表しました。もっと長く滞在できれば、間違いなく戻ってきます。

今ここにいて、私は嬉しく驚きました。いくつかの悪いレビューを読んだ後、私は来ることを少し心配していました。到着すると、私たちの部屋と混同されました。 (予約エージェントのせい)。 2つのアパートを予約しました。残念ながら、利用可能なのは1つだけですが、デュプレックスだったので、最初の夜はデュプレックスを共有しました。 2日目は他のアパートが準備ができていたので、私たち二人はそのアパートに引っ越しました。部屋は素晴らしく、清潔で、エアコンがあります。レセプションで利用可能なプールタオル、明らかにお部屋で利用できますが、まだ見つけられません。プールエリアは素晴らしく、サンベッドがたくさんあります。ホテルのスタッフは快適です。朝食は8-1030am、ランチ1230-1430、ディナー1830-2100で提供されます。たくさんの選択肢と本当に素敵な食べ物。いくつかの夜はテーマのバーベキューとメキシコ料理で、また本当に良いです。私たちは夜に外食するのが好きですが、それは良いので、私は主にホテルで食べたいと思いました。メインの食事時間(ハンバーガーとホットドッグ)の間の軽食はすべて地元のスピリッツを利用できます。たくさんのミキサーと新鮮なジュース。全体として良いホテルです。幸せな大人2人と幸せな10代の少年2人。文句を言う人は、4つ星を予約し、5つ星プラスを期待している人だと想像するしかありません。プエルトリコへのタクシーは最大8ユーロです。一日を通して安い。ヨーロッパの中心部は少しゴミですが、930年以降のアイルランドのバーは素晴らしいです
