Accommodations were great! Facilities were fantastic. The buffet was excellent. The alternative restaurant was not good - portion sizes small, long wait for food. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful. The front desk staff was ridiculously demanding regarding the bracelet/pass one must wear.

We had a great time. The food was good and there were healthy options, which is rare for all inclusive. The staff was friendly and efficient. The beach was rocky in areas and blocked by other hotels, which made it hard to walk the beach.

We’ve loved the service, the property and the food in the past and previously recommended it to more than 10 others who’ve also stayed there. Unfortunately, things have changed. Poor quality food with limited choices and an over worked staff have left good memories behind. The property itself is still clean and is fine, but all else, including the super friendly, caring staff have all but disappeared - especially at the front desk where “get lost” seems to be the prevailing attitude. The food at new year’s dinner was very good, unfortunately, the rest of the week, food was quite poor.

Great spot close to everything. Staff was amazing. Food was pretty good. Definitely booking it again. Liked it so much we almost joined the vacation club.

Mixed feelings. Stressed staff at the reception. Friendly pool bar staff. Lack of information and communication. All inclusive but didn't receive any info about having to book new year evening meal if I wanted to attend. Went out instead. Then, day back home, taxi came earlier than expected and left a note. Found out about that note 2 hours later when I mentioned the taxi issue at the front desk. Been to different hotels where notes were left in bedrooms to communicate with guests. Coffee situation at the restaurant, why can't we help ourselves as it's all a buffet, instead of waiting for staff to serve us that coffee. They were busy and tended to forget serving me. Nice and apologetic though.Nice environment but I wonder when hotels are going to ban people from leaving their beach towels on longchairs early morning for 2 hours or more before turning up. As there was no space for the whole week, fortunately I was hanging around the bar where the staff was nice to talk to. wanted to attend. Went out instead.

Everything was great just very annoying the presentations they make you do to try and sell you so many years of going wait of time it was not 90 minutes they stole 3 hrs of my vacation time for nothing.

The property is conveniently located in the downtown area within walking distance to the Malecon, which was very nice having so much to do and see so close. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the food is good, but they could use more variety. The rooms get a lot of noise from the hallways though. Also, they could definitely use some decent entertainment.

The resort was well kept. Most staff were friendly. Would have liked more dining options but for shorter stays there are enough options being that it is all-inclusive. The hallways were a bit noisy but that was probably more due to the fact that families have children that are running around in the halls. Overall, the family said they would stay there again, and they did accommodate us for dinners being a party of 8.

Resort itself is nice. Very nice well maintained and clean rooms, good service, nice pools. Loved the location! Now the not so enjoyable - beach was very rocky. We did not enjoy the food unfortunately, both in the buffet and alacartes.
