It's a great location but the room was very small and musty, the bathroom was even smaller could not move around at all, the towels old and looked dirty. We only stayed for one night, and didn't spend any time in the room only for sleeping, and the bed was hard as a rock. Pretty noisy at the night but we knew that was the case because of the location, thats why we had ear plugs. We thought it was over priced, but we payed for location not hotel.

This was my first time visiting puerto and I loved it. Hotel caters to family and elderly. Not a young people establishment. Everyone I spoke with was extremely kind and it is in a perfect location. Breakfast buffet was great. Next time I will probably pick an adults only property. Otherwise great hotel for what it is.

The location can’t be beat, the bed was large and comfy and the A/C worked. Staff were great! Shout out to Juan, one of the first friendly faces, who helped me to my room with my bags. He noticed the safe wasn’t working and immediately called maintenance to fix it…they were in and out in 15 min! The only thing I would fault them on is a lack of certain amenities such as a kettle/ coffee maker to make coffee/tea and perhaps some Kleenex in the bathroom. Also, the room I chose and the room I got were quite different: they’re slowly renovating the hotel and I got one of the yet to be renovated rooms… very dark in bathroom and dim throughout. But all in all, those few things didn’t affect my holiday at all!

Room smelled musty. Bed very uncomfortable. Majority of staff unfriendly. Especially bar tenders! Jorge at front desk was great! The water pressure in shower is the worse I've ever experienced. Ive stayed at 3 other hotels in zona romantica and all were much better !

The best location in town. Older property but well kept. We have stayed here many times and have always enjoyed it. It’s best to not stay all inclusive. While the in-house restaurants are good, there are other incredible places to discover just out the door.

Excellent location in a great neighbourhood. Never a problem getting a lounge chair at the beach. We chose the non-inclusive option, which gave us a chance to discover nearby eateries. A Taste of Italy became a favourite for the food and the staff. Eulo bakery was another great find. Loved walking the malecon into downtown. Loved La Posta for brunch (available until 2:00). Only drawback: The hotel provides two small bottles of water daily. This is not enough, especially for those of us on heart medication. A nuisance, rather than a problem. We just bought 5-litre jugs at the corner Exxo for 44 pesos. As I said, a nuisance. All in all a great experience. We plan to return.

The hotel is beautiful - with lots of places to eat and visit - and the staff very friendly and accommodating. Our room with a balcony was extremely quiet once the sliding doors were closed. Services on the beach were also outstanding.
