Resort is centrally located so easy to walk to shops or entertainment. First time at an ‘all inclusive’ so would have been nice for someone to explain how theirs worked. We figured it out but it took a day!!

Received what we perceived to be their worst room. (248). in the building. The window was blocked out by a film and faced only other section of building 15 feet away (no view of anything possible). Room had 2 small twin beds - (we were obviously a "couple") People that arrived well after us were checked in before us. Unless compensated, we would not return..

Property has three buildings. We stayed in the suite and thr building is across from the main building. room was clean but outdated. Has a kitchenette but no fridge. Benefits are a rooftop pool and one cerviche restaurant open from 1 to 5pm. All dining at restaurants have to be prebooked days in advance. The main buffet restaurant is not bad. Impossible to get any change so make sure to bring 20 peso bills. A 2 star out of 5 property. Really needs updating.

We went as a family of 4 and it was amazing. Everyone was so helpful and resort w as clean and the staff did their best to keep clean and accommodate everyone’s needs. The food was soooo good , different options. Fish was so good. We thank all the staff for all best accommodations. We can’t wait to return for the 2nd time this year!

Nice people Shower floor is level so when u taking showers the water stays and makes another pool in the shower 😅

This was my 1st experience doing an all inclusive!! Staff was very friendly, resort was spotless. As for my room Had no hot water last 2 days, was not impressed that I was not in main resort and had zero wifi in my building. There was water damage in my building and wet towels laying everywhere outside peoples doors for 4 days Would I go back there? Probably not but has nothing to do with staff or service on the actual site , was just impressed with my accommodation s

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Difficult to get reservations for a la cart restaurants. Buffet was average at best.

The property was the perfect location for our family. Close enough to walk to all sorts of local attractions, but removed enough that we didn't feel in the middle of the party scene like Melcon. The staff were great, the room was not bad, our first room was a bit run down but they were fast and switched us no problem to a newer room with an amazing view. The pool area and main areas were very clean and well kept, there were always staff around to help with anything and everything. The kids activities and programs were great for our kids, especially on a cooler day. Lastly, the beach was great for walking anytime of day, the waves were intense but we spoke with a lifeguard who said it was uncharacteristic of this area this time of year. We always felt safe and walked most places with our family or jumped into one of the many available cabs!
