Good place ! Near of everythings. Room are clean . Pool clean ! I enjoy

The place is in bad shape and very loud The sink were not cleaned full of human hair The ceiling has mold and rundown.

Only have stairs, its 77 stairs to the 5th floor. Can not sit on toilet as it is in a corner. The pictures on ******* are totally glorified.

This hotel is located in a very accessible main street, close to lots of restaurants, bars and a short walk to either the beach or the malecon. The staff are excellent and responsive. It can get loud at night due to its location. So if you're a light sleeper, that might be a concern. It's also not the newest hotel, so keep that in mind for your expectations. I found it perfectly acceptable, and the cost can't be beat.

I liked the location and the price...you could walk anywhere...the beach, restaurants. Clubs

The room I booked was different than what they gave me. I explained it to them. They didn’t change it. They dismissed my concern. We left check out second day and we booked another place somewhere else.

An older hotel in a good location. Can get noisy as it is on the highway. Kitchens lack the most basic items. When we go to Vallarta on business we could stay there again only because of the access to the area we need to go.

The shower was cold, the TV did not work, and the utensils in the kitchenette were dirty. No elevator and no phone in the room.

The hotel is very well located; however it can be loud at night or early in the morning, it's over a street that has a lot of traffic at all times. The hotel it self, has no elevators, so it can be a bit exhausting if you're in and out more than two times a day. Beds are very uncomfortable, I kept walking up during the night because of that. We complained because the AC wasn't cooling and they offered us a fan, which wasn't enough but we didn't want to say anything anymore. The WiFi never worked, and that was very frustrating because one of us had to do some Teams meetings/Work during the trip and wasn't able to do them; they had to go to a cafe to do that with a lot of noise and other people around. The water pressure and temperature in the shower was ridiculously weird, either too much pressure and very hot, or no pressure and cold, there was no middle point. The overall experience wasn't good.
