クリスタル バリャルタ(Krystal Vallarta)

房間設施太差勁樂，地理位置一級棒下樓就是海邊，是個老的酒店，一共住了4天。早飯一般般。

We have been owners at Krystal for over 20 years , we are so sad that they management/owners have let the villas go , everything is falling apart, they are so run down . We were just informed that they are going to shut down the villas so they can upgrade , we have been told this for years . They have told us that they will accommodate us in the Hotel. This is NOT ACCEPTABLE as the hotel does not have a private pool, does not have a kitchen and does Not have the family feel we try to have several members of our family together , my mom is 91 we will not have many more years with her and this place used to be her HappyPlace

It was a nice hotel on the beach. Rooms are minimalistic but clean. Recommended if you aren't planning on spending a lot of time in the room.

I really like the fact that is close to the airport to the marina since we had to go to the port for 3 of our tours and also within walking distance from 2 major shopping centers.

The little town ambient was great! entering the property and feeling in a small community. Did not like is that installations and equipment are aging. The tower we stay had to large water leaks in the lobby. The crew repaired but it gave the feeling of not a perfect stay due to this maintenance issue. The people were amazing in their service. We reported a clogged drain in the shower, it was repaired same day.

Room has dirty, holes on the wall and headboard lines dirty and stained. Bathtub cracked dirty and stained. Toilet stained and dirty. Horrible conditions. Checked out the next day. Ended in staying at “los tules puerto Vallarta” for the same price. The place was nice and clean, ambiance was great! Kristal is a false advertisement that place is horrible conditions.

hotel for room reasonsble but daily all inclusive high for meals......vrrh noisey air conditioners and toilet had high screaching sound but over all would go back

Had the buffet once and went off property for the rest. AC didn't work 4/9 nights. Kids club opened once and wasn't much to do. Playground one of two slides had a gaping hole in it. Nice beach. Rooms were fine but five hangers for a family of four and no where else to put clothes.

The food was not well prepared, Vegetables were hardly ever cooked, the food was always cold. The odd item was warm, if you were lucky. Oatmeal was only food that was consistently good and hot. Cleaning staff ok.
