Hotel Aurora Towers

A very pleasant and happy experience in staying at a wonderful and clean hotel. The reception staff, the concierge, the restaurant personnel and the cleaning team were commendable. Mr. Ashley the ***ager is a gentle*** and a gem who is committed and deserves full marks for making our stay a good one. Keep up the good work. We are confident that other guests too will love their professionalism and dedication.

We stayed in hotel Aurora tower Camp pune on 17th April 2023 in our short trip to pune our observation about hotel is Location: hotel locations is very good it’s located on main camp market Room : Room where Very good and well maintained and well furnished with automation, water bottle , tea and coffee bags milk Pakets available in room Bathroom: bathroom clean but toiletry in missing bathroom Restaurant and breakfast : I have visit restaurant only for breakfast the breakfast spread with ***y verity in vegetable and non veg overall very good breakfast Check in checkout :- check in and checkout is very easy and don’t take much time staff on reception is helpful and cooperative Housekeeping services and staff we observe that only housekeeping services is very very bad thy will never replying on call or not providing Evan if you ask water bottle while booking this hotel keep is point also in mind Overall Location , Rooms , staff breakfast all is excellent we recommend this hotel and we Will prefer to book our next visit ***agement need to look about 1. Training need to provide housekeeping staff to reply on call 3. Provided toiletry in bathroom as it’s good hotel it may consider as 5 star if some small missing things improve

I had the pleasure of staying at the Arora Hotel, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the warm and welcoming receptionist, Pranav. His professionalism and attentiveness stood out throughout my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious and memorable experience.

Jewellery Robbery in our room . Pathetic ***agement refusing even acknowledge the robbery. Suggest to not come here if you value your belongings. ***agement doesn't care and ran away refusing to show their faces day after jewellery robbery . Shame on such people who run the hospitality sector. Go learn some basic hu*** communication first then run a hotel. Special mention Mr Ashley (general ***ager) and MrArora who gave no f**ks and ran away. Good job . People run away from this pathetic hotel

Our short trip to Pune began with a stay in the executive room of this wonderful gem. Aurora towers boasts of an excellent team, spacious rooms and a wide variety of breakfast. The room was really clean and well kept. The front office agent Pranav, concierge Deepu and the other staff have a thorough understanding of being customer friendly. The icing on the cake is Mr. Ashley the ***ager under whose professional touch the stay was a memorable one. His courteous approach to guests is highly commendable and appreciative. Kudos to the entire team.

Rooms are well maintained, and clean. Staff very diligent and helpful. Rooms start from the seventh floor. There is a swimming pool on 7th floor, more a paddle pool. Dining room is spacious, but food is average. One advantage is you can order outside food through Zomato. They also supply any small toiletry item that you have forgotten.

The Hotel is in the heart of Pune. It's in camp area which happens to be close to the station and happening locations like KP, Vi*** Nagar & Airport. I had booked an executive room with Breakfast, it was huge, clean had a bathtub and a non smoking room. In terms of area it has a mall nearby and good restaurants. The staff was very cooperative especially the GM Mr. Ashley, the check in was quick and easy. I also got an early check in with upgrade to deluxe room since they had availability when I reached which was totally on their discretion. Food was pretty good, I also got a discount because I booked from their official website. Breakfast: I love South Indian food and they had that in the breakfast, people should try the masala dosa and idli in the breakfast for sure if they are fans too like me, they had plenty of other options as well, It was a decent spread. All in all it was a really good stay and would definitely recommend it to travellers visiting Pune.

It was an Amazing Experience at The Hotel Aurora Towers Pune. The Staff was very helpful and courteous. Great Ambience. Special mention about the Reservation ***ager Mr. Krishna Bodhe and Ms. Neelam madam who were really very helpful. Would love to come back again.

This is a swell hotel located on the premium MG Road in the Camp area. Considering the tariffs, this is actually a golden find. The rooms are king-sized, the base category itself is 234 sq feet, and it's almost a mini-suite room. I could hold a meeting for fifteen people there. Plus, the floors are located quite high, so even a third-floor window view seemed scenic. The cleanliness was optimum, the beds large and comfy, and the aqua area carried a bathtub. The place also has a large swimming pool and a well-furnished gym. The breakfast is average though. Overall, definitely a worth-repeat location.
