Great location, lovely and welcoming staff who will go out of their way to make your experience good. Wide variety of breakfast options, with great dishes cooked to order. Only negative was the relatively frequent power cuts, which caused some interruption.

ホテルのランドリーで制服がダメになってしまいました。仕事に行けず困りました。ズボンの長さは1インチ縮み、ウエストは1インチ以上縮んでいました。同僚にも同じ問題がありました。タージブランドのホテルでこのようなサービスは見たことがありません。まだ私の満足できる解決には至っていません。制服のズボンはホテルのマネージャーに預けなければなりませんでした。

ブルー ダイヤモンドの歴史的建造物で楽しい時間を思い出すのは、素晴らしい体験です。観光名所もそれほど遠くなく、絶好のロケーションです。プネ駅と空港も近くにあります。周辺には素晴らしいバーや飲食店が多数あります。

I recently stayed at the Blue Diamond Hotel, a SeleQtions property by Taj, for one night and two days. SeleQtions hotels are known for their unique identity, location, history, theme, and cultural significance, with the aim of celebrating individuality and offering memorable experiences. However, I found that this particular property fell short in delivering on some of these promises. Pros: Location: The hotel is conveniently located just 3 km from Pune station and 6 km from other key attractions. Staff: The staff were very polite and professional, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience. Rooms: I booked a premier room, which was neat, clean, and well-maintained. The overall ambiance was pleasant. Service: The service was efficient and added to the comfort of my stay. Cons: Cultural Representation: While the hotel is marketed as a SeleQtions property, I didn’t find it to reflect Pune's rich traditions, local culture, or architectural uniqueness. Food: This was the biggest disappointment of my stay. Pune is known for its vibrant and flavorful local cuisine, but the food served at the hotel was basic and lacked the essence of regional flavors. Both dinner and breakfast were underwhelming and failed to meet expectations. Final Thoughts: Although I enjoyed my stay overall, especially due to the excellent service and comfortable rooms, the food experience did not align with the hotel’s promise of celebrating local culture. Next time, I would prefer dining outside to truly experience Pune’s culinary delights. So i have given one point less for food.

Great hotel service and we'll looked by the hotel staff. The food was excellent and the rooms were very good. There are many amenities that were in the there in the hotel. The staff provided us excellent service and our stay at the Blue Diamond was memorable.

The hotel was lovely, but the staff truly made the stay exceptional.Every interaction was met with a warm smile and genuine helpfulness.Their friendliness created a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere.They went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed.I'd return solely for the delightful and attentive service from the team.

We stayed for couple of days at Blue Diamond on our Pune tour. We had Presidential Suite is perfect for comfort and luxury. Even the Executive suite had steam facility in bathroom. Needless to say about the service and food because being part of Taj group they have high levels. The location is in Center of city and most of the placed are easily accessible.

We had a great stay once the rooms was sorted. The greeting with the bindi was a lovely welcome, the hotel itself has kept to its heritage with little touches here and there transporting you back, we spent Holi here, this was great fun, they laid out some delicious food and a DJ. We also dined in the Asian restaurant, this was very nice. It’s location is central, we had a stroll around the block, not a great deal to see, but for a leg stretch, was enough, a quick taxi or tuktuk gets you most places very fast. Regarding the room, we was a group of three, my sister in law, my son and I. Initially they had us in 2 double rooms, we requested to change one room to a twin, which was completed unfortunately this was on the smoking floor, we lasted 1 night here, the smell was unbearable from an adjoining room. When we went to reception, this was sorted swiftly and immediately, no questions asked. We were changed to another room on the top floor. (Floor 4 and 5 seemingly have the nicer rooms). My son used the gym and said it was good, had the equipment he liked to use. Would I come back… absolutely!
