Property will say you owe money, due to their improper Communication on the Resorts end. They are a money hungry resort.

Went for a weekend with friends and the food and alcohol quality were very disappointing. The food lacked Dominican flavor. Alcohol used was of very poor quality, no major brands (must be paid separately).
The hotel needs better music and activities during the day .
Overall, I would recommend better places in Punta Cana

Terrible customers services, the property is not adult only the only thing for adult only is a pool, everyone is mix together, you see kids everywhere: lock of food variety, customers service is very inefficient. No beach, you can swim there and they have a sign that you can walk up but is out of the hotel security section and they are not responsible.

Beach was a huge disappoin**ent- not swim able due to rocks and wind. Red flag every day but not at other resorts down the beach? Food was good, staff was very mixed- some helpful and some Bird line rude. Transportation to and from Airport that was supposed to be included was not.

This property was beautiful and the food was amazing! The restaurant service was pretty slow. We felt like the servers didn’t really know the menus very well.
The pools were fantastic, the vibe was great with a really great music mix, and fun activities, the beach however, was terrible. Nice to look at but you couldn’t get in with all the rocks. If you love the beach this is not the place for you.

Facilities, rooms and staff were decent, but the checkin process, dining/dining reservations process was so so bad. We were also here during a very busy week, so the pool was too crowded and too loud. No one wants or needs a foam machine.

Poor communication by staff on limitations on room credits then rules changed when checking out, resulting in an extra $500 US having to be spent at check out. Pressure to buy into their “Prestige” program and then when choosing we are not interested, service and trea**ent goes down. I can get over the sales pitch but blatant miscommunication by staff is not acceptable, we will not return.
