Hotel Atithi the Heritage

HOTEL IS NICE.BUT THE MANAGER IS PATHETIC.THEY SHOW PARTIALITY AGAINST BOOKING MANY VEHICLES PARKED IN FRONT HOTEL PREMISES.BUT IF U BOOKED THEY TOLD GO TO PARKING ZONE FOR PARKING.

The property room is very small as compared to shown in photos while booking on line. Electrical system was not working properly. Poor service.

Location is just opposite sea beach so easy access to waters property getup external buulding look is good considering area rooms are small furniture is dated bathroom was clean staff is courteous towels clean but were old so carry your own we didn't try food important checkout time is 7 am which is bit inconvenient

Service is good but hotel check in and check out timing are not good. Prompt service and price is also good.

Room is good. Sea view is available from common balcony outside room. Staff are good. Restaurant is also good and costly a little. Room size is small, but can be managed.

Untrained Staff , Poor Quality Small Rooms , Rude Aggressive Manager location also very crowded without car parking and Facilities not kids friendly also poor quality food and late room service overall had the worst stay experience ever .

It is in a very good location. Room space is quite small. Staffs of hotel & kitchen are all good. Sea can be seen & enjoyed from hotel premissess also cleanliness of the hotel is very good.

Just 3rd class management service and very poorly management just do not come to this hotel the manager abhas was arguing with me shouting and yelling we had requested for check out at 8 am, we ordered breakfast at 7. 15 am and had informed about our check out but 7. 40 am new guests had already arrived when we questioned abase started arguing and yelling at us.
