部屋はとても清潔で静かで最高でした

ホテルの場所はモールに近く、地下鉄からも1駅なのでとても素敵です。ホテルは清潔で強くお勧めします

短所: 地下鉄の入り口から遠すぎて、とても、とても、とても遠回りです。 長所: 清潔できちんとしている、無料のジュース、コーヒー、小さなケーキ

Visiting due to business trip. Surprised that there was no information regarding breakfast, (trip.com site posted separate room price for breakfast included) whilst in reality no one really checked. Room overall compared to the price was small.

這是個比較安全且安靜的區域，從治安的角度。酒店旁邊走路10分鐘有個mall，叫Westfield四季，購物、吃飯什麼的很方便。 酒店內部的環境和清潔程度還是不錯的，可能因為畢竟年頭不長吧。 酒店有自己的地下停車場，要繞到酒店背後開下去，進出停車場是同一個門，20歐/天。酒店門口的路邊也有畫著白框的車位，週末免費，但是就像前台小黑妹説的，你也不知道週一早上警察幾點來。

房間安靜乾淨

Arche de la Defenseや地下鉄もある巨大なショッピング複合施設のすぐ近くにあります。静かな場所にありながら、中心部にあります。フレンドリーなスタッフがいつでもお手伝いします。このホテルを強くお勧めします。

Me and my daughter stayed here for 3 nights for a long weekend. The rooms are cleaned and practical, the bed is comfortable too. The only downside for the room was the showers water pressure, rinsing hair took ages but I would still stay here again. Breakfast was lovely and lots to choose from, potentially would benefit from another hot option like sausage or beans but then again we are British and this maybe a British thing!?! But we enjoyed the different variety of eggs......the scrambled eggs were delicious!!!! 10/10 The hotel is well connected with Paris if you don't mind a walk and the shopping centre where the RER/Metro is has lots of good shops.

We have been for a couple of days in this hotel and had an excellent room on the level of a 4 star hotel. The breakfast was sufficient and the location is not far away of the subway. 10 minutes walk. You can park your car in the garage downstairs and the price is € 18,- for 24 hours, which is top for Paris. The people of the hotel were very friendly as well and the entrance, as later on.

Exactly what you expect from an Ibis Styles hotel, good location near La Defense, comfortable and clean rooms and a great breakfast. My only complain is the room ventilation. However, in my opinion the stay is worth the price.

This week I stayed at this hotel on a business trip. On my first night I woke up in the middle of the night feeling itchy and I could feel there was something in my bedsheets. I turned the lights only to find out there was about a dozen bedbugs in my bed and pillows. Imagine the sensation!!! This horrible things were all over my head, my face and my body.... I took some pictures and recorded some video as well. I went down to the lobby and asked for a room change, which they did. The morning after I spoke to the manager and showed him the video. He couldn't believe it and said the hotel was brand new. I showed him allthe bites on my face, neck and arms. He offered they would compensate me somehow, and and offered an apology. Later that day I found out that they had compensated me with the glorious amount of 6,000 fidelity points, equivalent to €100!!! I went back and respectfully told themanager that such comepensation seemed ridiculous. He agreed and offered to increase it to an amount we agreed verbally. As I got back home, I checked my Accor fidelity point balance. They increased the compensation but clearly not in the amount we agreed. Terrible experience x 2: bedbugs + false promises.

Nous y avons séjourné du 4 au 6/04/2025, en couple. L’hôtel est très bien situé, proche de La Défense, et du rond point des Bergères. Notre chambre était située au 7ème étage, côté jardin, surplombant le petit parc et la terrasse du restaurant Coco Rocco. Chambre propre, matelas parfait, silencieuse, bien équipée, seul point négatif : la chasse d’eau est difficile à manœuvrer. Personnel très aimable. Petit déjeuner suffisamment complet, différents types de pains, charcuteries, fromages, oeufs, cafés (excellent expresso), jus de fruits (pur jus d’orange), viennoiseries, etc… Excellent rapport qualité/ prix
