The service crew and chambermaids are friendly and helpful. I like the self service washer and dryer. Breakfast is decent. The location is good with a street nearby packed with street food, eateries, convenience stores and shops. The only discomfort is there are some smokers moving about in the hotel at times.

hotel room is very big and relatively clean. Housekeeping wise, only cleared rubbish and topping up tissues plus replaced towels. no making up of room. Breakfast is reasonably nice. Staffs are very courteous and friendly. I like this hotel. The renovation is very considerate in terms of each maintenence and all besar their logo. Very nice.
