I am about to leave the hotel for the airport, but since they did not take our AI bands and towel cards, the Kids are swimming at the pool I am chilling on a sunbed and writing this review. First of all the place is huge! There are three main areas: the beach where you can (what a surprise) swim in the sea and see the fish. There are two jetties, and this is one of the only "complaint" I have: although the weather is perfect in October, the strong winds caused a constant red flag, on the jetty. The good thing is, there is a big cutout in the reef where the kids can swim, and there are quite a few fish there as well. What is more, you can sign up for a very short trip to a neighbouring bay, where the reef is spectacular. It is free of charge, and you are driven there in the company of lifeguards. Must see! The beach area also have a bar, and a restaurant where you can have breakfast and lunch. The pool area is nice and varied. There are more than enough of sunbeds, and a well equipped bar. The aquapark area is huge. It has slides and pools for small and big ones. My kids loved it. The room: very big, cleaned everyday. Although the furniture is oldish, and sometimes a bit "tired" everything works and is clean. No complaints here. The food: breakfast is ok. Fresh omelette made on the spot, pancakes, a few kinds of veggies and fruit, loads of breads and buns. Lunch always has something to interest you, but the dinner is where Akassia shines: everyday we were here there was something new on the grill, from koftas to crawfish, and a vast variety of other things. The taste also ok, although I would expect more spices from Egyptian cooks. The people: very nice, very helpful. Everyone from the cleaning staff, bus boy, to a bread-baking lady made us feel welcome, but special thanks goes to Mr Hosni, who took great care of us and was really interested in our wellbeing. Overal: great holiday!

The food is amazing, not gonna lie actually it’s really good. The choice is wide and fits everyone. My favourite part of the stay was playing volleyball on the beach with people i met. The sea is okay and the coral reef is beautiful.

It's great hotel! I really enjoy that holiday. The rooms was cleaned every day same as changing towels. Great drinks and food! Also aqua park... So nice! Sea food, beef or chicken u will find all of that here! For shure we will be back here! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

We spent a great week at this hotel. We are very happy with our stay and can recommend a holiday at Akassia Swiss Resort to everyone. All the staff deserve a praise, both those serving the guests (Ms Lila, if I remember the name correctly, was very helpful) and those taking care of the property in general (our room was looked after by Mr Eid Hassan, our kids loved his towel animals and the room itself was cleaned thoroughly). We were very happy with the aquapark as well as the beach. There was never a shortage of sunbeds in the pool area, as for the beach, the first rows were occupied from the morning, but there was no problem to find a place for yourself a little further away. A 'paddling pool' in the sea is a great solution, allowing even the youngest ones who might be afraid of swimming in the depths to observe the underwater life. We even saw a large stingray! It is also worth noting that the people offering additional services (massages, spa etc.) were not at all pushy, which is not necessarily the standard in Egypt ;) I would like to recommend the services of the photographic team to everyone, especially the photographer Tiger - a very nice guy who knows his craft and has a great attitude to children. The only thing I have a minor comment on is the food. Don't get me wrong - everything was tasty (especially in the a'la carte restaurants), but as a general rule the dishes changed little during the week. I particularly regret that there was no watermelon at all during our stay - I can see from other guests' photos that they had been served before, well apparently we didn't get the timing right. As I mentioned in the beginning - I would recommend everyone to stay at Akassia Switch Resort. My family is very content and the children immediately said they want to come back here :)

Everything was amazing and exceeded our expectations from the moment we stepped in the lobby. Mr. Wael went above and beyond to make our dreams come true and to make our vacation truly unforgettable! All the staff are smiling and very friendly and tried their best to make us happy. Well done Akassia resort team for the great effort.

It is very good resort , hospitality, cleaning, service, activities, aqua parks .everything was very good and nice experiment. Thanks for the staff, animation team, shows, managers. It was great and interesting trip. I would like to repeat ut again.
